*sigh* This app and Suncoast's Android developers are just so, so bad. They added fingerprint support but of course it doesn't work. Now there's a toggle on the login screen for fingerprint authentication. I'm on Nougat, I toggled it, I used my fingerprint sensor (which works in every other fingerprint enabled app), nothing happened. I'm not exaggerating when I say that there are teenage developers on XDA Developers who could write a better banking app in 2 weeks than Suncoast has been able to do in years.

Please add fingerprint login. Omg you guys listened. 5 stars For those saying fingerprint doesn't work just hit login and then it will ask for the fingerprint. Not very intuitive but it works.

It's soooo bad! Honestly, if I'd known you can't deposit checks or transfer funds I would have picked a different financial institution. Very disappointing!

The opening logo needs an update.. the fact that it doesn't look as professional as it should might be off-putting to those who don't feel confident in the security of the app. Also it's be helpful to automatically be signed out after leaving the app.

Suncoast, please hire new app developers. This app is hideous both in terms of design and functionality.

App is not working correctly. Cannot transfer funds between accounts. Cannot submit checks.

I've used this app with no problems at all. Convienient and safe and simple to navigate. A time saver.

Something is going on since the update. I'm having to uninstall and reinstall daily for it to work.

I've had this app forever and the last couple of days I can't get in please fix .I have Uninstalled and reinstalled like 5 times with same result. I liked the app very much until recently. Fix or just redo the app from start to finish very disappointed with this app

The absolute worst app ever made. Nothing about it is proper. Often it doesn't even start. And if working when you get an update it will stop working again.

Recent up broke app.. Have to uninstall and reinstall after 1 usage... Android LG G5 fully updated. Please fix this - says online banking is currently unavailable.. But if I reinstall app it will work for about 1 day then its broken again.. Never had a problem with app till now.. Update - 3/30/17 still cant use model app!!!! It never logs in! Its been a long time since this has worked! Please fix this... I have fully updated phone - Uninstalled amd reinstalled app still won't login - LG G5 Verizon....

app needs work. Used to work well. Notifications no longer work. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, no change. Bug fix updates seem to make it worse. Developers taking Suncoast for a ride. Used to like it.

I didn't enjoy this app, have it a bad rating and someone called me to assist me with fixing the error.

Ok I'm loving this app the bugs have been squashed finally!! Fingerprint sign in work's again along with signing in manually.

Easy and quick to check accounts and deposit checks. Never had an issue using Android.

What is the purpose of having a one click convenient app to let you check your account on the go or make a payment or transfer money etc when the application itself NEVER WORKS!? Suncoast please get it together? I'm constantly having to go through hoops and loops to go through your full site just to check my balance.

Last update just work for a while. Right now I already enter all the data asked... And nothing else happens .... Suncoast NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS continous updates problems because WE THE COSTUMERS need it. It's a horrible situation right now because I had to use my computer to see what I can't do on this Mobil app that don't work

Update 3/16/17: the app worked fine for a couple weeks, but now back to the same issue of not being able to log in, except this time without an error message. Jiminy crickets Batman. Developers should be fired. Theres countless people who are having the same issue and they cant seem to fix it. If you cant handle a fix then roll back the update with the working version again and re-release when the poor coding on the app can be fixed. Getting really fed up with this as i do not have a computer at the moment to log on and check it that way. Ridiculous.

The app worked fine until about a month ago. Now it says an administrator has been alerted, but I can no longer log on. So annoyed. I've deleted and re-downloaded this app twice now in addition to making sure I had the latest upgrade. Nothing has worked.

Use to be fair to good. However now it just crashes. Give us the option to revert back to older app or please fix crashing bugs. Sent multiple bug reports over the last week.

Finally got tech support to fix the login issue. Works like a champ now! Fix login issue: >Delete and reinstall the app >Go to the Settings on your phone>Application Manager>SunMobile>Storage>Clear Data >Go to the Settings on your phone>Application Manager>SunMobile>Permissions>Enable everything Please try and login again.

New update said they fixed bugs but it was working just fine before. Now that they "fixed bugs" I can't even log in? Gotta too my hat to these developers. They royally suck.

Terrible app on Android. This app is not reliable and would fail when I needed it the most. Now for over a week I can't even log in.

Can't even login. Tried from several different phones. I login just find through my PC everytime. App does not work and has not worked for months now.

Keeps rejecting deposits and makes me to drive to ATM. It just doesn't get better, hate to drive.
