Subsurface-mobile

Doesn't work with my AquaLung i750tc and Note 8.

No stats that I could find! How can I see my total dive hours etc? Funky entering info, have to tap twice many times to get it to take. Limited options! It needs a better way to save.... Being limited to devs cloud is bad and saving on device can't be found nor in what format? Who wants to lose hundreds of dives bc device is lost or devs cloud goes bye bye? We need a csv file or some way to control security of our backup.. Like to our own Dropbox or similar account.

Will give 5 stars if they add some functionality like being able to see the yearly stats that are on the computer version and being able to see the SAC on each gas.

Great work in progress - very usable and convenient access to my dive logs. Subsurface continues to impress. Well done guys.

Only transfer with Bluetooth ? A simple USB can not be recognized.... I can't transfer my dives from my computer...

The download from cloud mostly doesn't work. I try it every weekend after dive log updates on my desktop but it hasn't synced for 6 weeks.

I hate to leave a poor review because I am a fan of Subsurface but the UI needs a lot of work. It looks like a Web App and with this comes lots of issues on various devices with scrolling, certain text labels not being truncated. Since this is open source I think the way to go is to create a native app and let the community work on it. Either that or go with a better web app framework like Cordova, phonegap or react.

Only issue is when saving to cloud from desktop app, I always receive errors, however is does save and update on mobile app

Great! Would be nice if it would store my cloud credentials though. Would be nice if it could import a (Subsurface) file. That would make it awesome in a DiveMate/Subsurface combination.

If you use subsurface on the desktop this app is a must have for you. GPS, notes,.. Everything in place.. And the online sync is the best I've seen so far..

Beautiful app with great cloud integration with desktop app. Clever automated method to track GPS coordinates, freeing you to gear up before dives without fussing with your phone with wet fingers. Requests: 1) ability to add dive buddy and master signatures. I get signatures on dive boats, so doing this in the app would be helpful; 2) add ability to display photos of cert cards. See Android app "DiveLog!" which has both features. Thanks for your superb work! Greatly appreciated!

Very nice addition to the Subsurface desktop application, with much more functionality than the old Subsurface Companion app. The main limitation is that it doesn't currently support downloads from dive computers, but that's planned to be incorporated into future releases. I'm not a fan of the arrow overlay, however, and would prefer a more standard menu/option implementation. It seems to be different just for the sake of being different, rather than providing any genuine functionality improvement.

I recently installed the app and have put it thru the paces. So far working as expected it allows you to make notes, capture GPS coordinates from your phone. Great companion to the desktop app. 5 stars great app.
