MySPPS Bus App

My daughters bus is usually about 15-20 mins late and it never tells me. Some days it so cold she comes back home bawling. Does transportation do anything about that? No. They blow it off. Very sick of this app and spps transportation.

Doesn't update, don't even see why this is an app. Way to go wasting funding!!

The bus status is not updated in real time. It only update WHEN the driver calls in and says it's late. Otherwise it is usually updated at 9pm, 1pm, and 5pm. It is a waste of space on your phone. Takes forver to load

Pointless app. Updates only at 4.00 am and 1 pm, obviously the school buses are not running this time.

This would be a great app/service if it were ever updated when busses are out picking up and dropping off. Otherwise it's pointless.

This app needs some work. It's not updated frequently enough, is slow, and you can't always do a direct search and must scroll through the list of schools.

At least come up with something where we can track where the bus is at. This apps needs a whole lot of work done. Not the best resource for me.

It says the last update was Sept 10 at 9pm... Who's taking the school bus that late?! There should be regular updates in the morning, then when pre-k is getting done and at the end of the school day. (And St Paul wonders why parents are sending their kids to other school districts... This is just one of many reasons) Get with it St Paul!

Pointless since it's NEVER updated. I received bus updates on a regular basis via text for my step daughter in Mounds View. I'll be un-installing this app.

Not updated frequently enough

Bus information is not updated throughout the day. Many days, it shows that the last time a bus was updated was at 4 a.m. Buses run 15 mins or more late with no update. My child's bus was 30 minutes late last week, app updated and had correct info. On that one occasion the app worked great, was correct to the minute. Would rate higvher if app worked like that on a regular basis. App is currently reliably unreliable.

The bus update to check if the bus is running late is at 4 a.m. it is never updated with the current information. My son's bus has been late bug the app. still shows that it is on time.

If the application isn't going to be updated by the bus company, give us the option to report a bus late, even if it's only anonymous. We can look at our schedule sheets and rate in five minute increments of how late the bus is. It would be a crowd sourced bit of information and the district/bus company could use that information to review routes that are always reported late. Telling me the bus is "on time" as of 4am does not help me.

If I could give this a zero star rating I would. The bus information never updates which is kind of the point of a bus schedule app.
