This app is ok once you log in. However, logging in is absolute junk. The pass code that you set up to avoid having to enter your full password expires constantly. I have had it say expired after setting it less than 10 minutes prior. Then when you log in with username and password to change it, the app asks you for your pass code again which is no good.

It gets better all the time. I love reading my doctor's notes. No other Michigan health system shares as much as Spectrum does.

Sure while i can view appointment summaries and lab results and read my messages i can not delete them, make appointments, make payments or any thing else really. And here i was thinking this could be great as we have bad phone service in my area figured it was a good way to deal with 90% of things that usually require a call.

Spent hours on it can't get it to do anything

None of the functions work at all right now and that's highly irritating.

It would be great if it worked but it doesn't so it sucks.

Constant error messages. Difficulty accessing potentially useful links.

Always an error when trying to go into a section.

Too many tool / link failures unusable at times.

Slow and too many "an error has occurred" messages.

Keep getting error messages cannot add family members

I don't think you need to access my photos or other info from my phone and computer. You already have on file what you need to know.

Several pages don't load or have error messages. From the other reviews, it looks like lots of people have the same issues. Garbage app.

Could not cancel an appointment waste of space

Worst app I've ever used. Never works. Errors and pages that never load.

It would be wayyy better if requesting scripts didn't always show an error.

This app is horrible. Nothing loads correctly - ever!!! There is nothing convenient about using this app.

This app is garbage... It's so broke, it's beyond horrible, this was so much easier to do prescription refills then calling them in seeings how I have 13 scripts I fill, seriously fix this then maybe I will rate it better

App wont even launch.

The information that I would like to see, such as notes, medications, and such NEVER loads. I exit and return multiple times and it still never loads. This app is horrible. Fix the issues so we can see our information. I always have a connection to data or internet and it still doesn't work. FIX THIS NOW PLEASE

It stopped working. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I was relayed on this app to talk with my doctors.

App used to work on my phone until Dec 2017 update. Now it crashes (freezes) every time after login. Still works on my tablet but now I'm afraid to update it. We pay a lot for insurance and this is the best you can do? Uninstalling from my phone.

Was a great app but not everything works on it now. Unable to request medication refills when before I could.

Loses login info after every update.

I can no longer log in using my PIN - it makes me enter my email address and password every time now. Also, certain pages within the app won't load, and I keep getting an error message. I've notified in the Medication list page as well as referrals.

The app started out helpful. Now there's so much bugs and issues it's not worth using. Kicks me out of the app when I look at my to do's. Tried to cancel ONE appointment the app ended up canceling All appointments. Now I have to fix it. I tend to use the app less and less every time I get on it.

This used to be such a fantastic app, but now it's basically useless. Being able to message my doctor is nice but it serves no function other than that. Can no longer view lab results, have to re log in almost every time and the layout is very unfriendly now. Please revert?

It would help if non priority health locations would show up in appointments.

Can't sign in again after initial install and registration.

Too buggy, needs work. I wasn't allowed to confirm an appointment, test results didn't show norms, several things need work before I could say it works well.

It redirects you to the website to make a payment, and then it says sign in error Unexpected Runtime Authn Adapter Integration Problem. What a waste of time. Needs ability to pay bills through app.

Crashes immediately. Wont even load up at all?

The Back button doesn't work (neither does the menu button, nothing happens when pressed) in the Cost Estimator when viewing a specific location so I must enter the procedure repeatedly to view other locations.
