About MANET Voice Chat
Turn your phone or tablet into a push-to-talk (PTT) radio / walkie talkie! You don't need a cell plan, access point, or even an Internet connection, just a bunch of friends with ad-hoc-enabled devices of their own.
Requirements:
- MANET Manager app
To get this app working you first need to install the MANET Manager app to get the mesh up and running:

This app will automagically discover other devices in the mesh. Choose a device from the drop-down menu, hold down the mic button, and start talking. You can also create groups of peers and chat with them all at once.

Although it is a nice interface, based on PTTDroid, and it seems to have nice features like AdHoc MESH networking, it simply doesn't work. You can't add groups or channels (service within the app crashes), and you are left with "silent" or "listen only" modes (Kinda useless when no one can talk). Fix these major issues, and this will be a great app. When this app works properly, I'll rate higher.

One way voice communication D1: asus transformer TF102 D2: Galaxy S3 D1 can voice talk to D2 but D2 cannot send back voice reply.
