Nice app to help with the language barrier. By using the map to select pickup and drop off location you do not need to comulicate much other than persise dropoff building and fare.

Easy to use. Great for finding pet friendly taxis!

Too many notifications. I just want a cab and after its done I don't want to see this app anymore. It just keeps on beeping like crazy with pop up screens. I want to be able to disable it inside the settings. This is too aggressive.

The driver did not show up. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Easy to use. I reserved a morning ride the night before and everything went smoothly. This will do nicely as an alternative to Uber in Taiwan.

Good app in English!

I liked the idea of the app because other ride share services are unavailable in my city, but there are not nearly enough drivers on board with the program to make this convenient! Many times I could not find any drivers, yet I would walk to FamilyMart, request a taxi, and one would arrive in 5 minutes. That is how the app should be! Now, I am waiting for a taxi that I accepted that said it would be 15+min away because it is across town. It's the only one available. Family Mart would be faster. Frustrating!

Sometimes it's difficult to find a driver when you want instant pickup, but overall it's a good experience

This app is really handy. A few hit and misses at first with drivers. But then I found a great driver and a few others I used when he wasn't available. As I don't speak chinese and needed transport a lot, this was really helpful. Thanks Robert!

因為手機介面是英文，程式自動轉成英文版也沒問題，但在輸入起始點時也會自動把中文地址轉成英文，這樣對司機先生來說不方便，也會降低乘客叫到車的機率………

I use this app every time I need an early morning pickup

App is very easy to use. However, the interface still displays Chinese characters after the cab arrived. The driver gets English address which makes things a little difficult. App needs to be smarter in translating the address.

Very useful for traveling in other countries!

Why i click "Accept" then the system showed "you have cancelled". It's so confusing. And drivers called me afterwards and said I didn't canel. Pls make it user friendly. Also pls give language selection function. It should be a powerful tool after modification of these weak points. Thank you!

This app rocks! And yes part of the interface is in english.

Not bad. Lets you call local cab companies in Taiwan directly. No English UI though.
