Cool way to keep a daily diary of your health. My favorite part is the trend graphs where I can see how I"m doing over time.

Great tool for those of us trying to get healthier. As someone striving to transition from vegetarianism to veganism, this app has become my greatest ally! By trying to reach the daily 24 max points, I find myself unconsciously staying away from less healthy foods. At the end of the day I find myself fully satisfied and proud to have given my body the best nutrition possible–even in the days I don’t reach the magic 24! Technically, I love that it allows me to see a graph of my progress and that it maintains the history (even through a change in phones!). Highly recommend!
