Initially had trouble with app loading. After the latest update, it now loads correctly and functions as intended. Really looking forward to using this for my next certification cycle.

Same problem as everyone else are dealing with; simply can't get it to work. I was super happy and excited about it but can't get it up and running. Tried to unistalling it, and installed again, and it's even worse now. Too bad. :-(

The SHRM Technology Manager just spent the majority of his day troubleshooting my issues and I'm able to access now. The app is wonderful and their customer service is outstanding...5 stars!

When I first downloaded this app it worked fine and I was excited to use it. Now it will not start. I have submitted multiple issues using the pop up that appears, but no responses. It looks like others are having the same issues.

Can't get past the logon screen, have put in my correct username/password and it says it's wrong, even though I've checked it with the site itself.

When I installed this app in May it worked great. Now it doesn't work at all. Just uninstalled it.

Was happy at first. Could track my PDCs easily. Then, all of a sudden, couldn't register my credits. Uninstalling and reinstalling made it worse; couldn't even log on. I'd like it to be fixed. Using Samsung 7 Note Edge.
