I'd give it a 0 if I could. It just keeps saying "invalid credentials". Ive litterally not been able to use the app once. The coolest part is a cove representative told me how awesome this app was. Now that I've switched all my accounts over to cove, I'm super pumped to not be able to use the app they promised me they had and "worked awesome".

The new update broke the functionality- used to be a slick app that did all I needed, they updated and the extended load times makes it nearly unusable. +30 second load screens and a 1 minute opening screen. Don't launch an update that lags so severe

So mad because I just opened my account with cove and I live pretty far from the bank so I was excited to take pics of my checks but I can't even log in my credentials are invailed I'm very irritated at this point

I love the app, but snapshot is the only problem. I can't deposit anything via android, but I can via apple. I hope it gets fixed soon

Love this app! Everyone complaining below are obviously misusing the app and don't know how to contact the bank itself if there is a problem. And to the ones complaining about the distance to the bank why did you get an account there in the first place? Being a member of a credit union will benefit you more than many other banks

All of the sudden my account and password are invalid. They work on the desktop site. Fix this!!

Snapshot check deposit is absolute garbage. By the time you actually get the perfect picture that it will accept, your session times out.

Great,easy app to have

This app used to be great and easy to use. Now all of a sudden it tells me that my credentials are invalid. Sad to say I have to delete it.

Would like it to show image of checks

I've mentioned this at the main branch (which is 20 minutes away) several times... considering changing banks simply so I do not have to drive 20 minutes every week just to make a deposit. Please fix!

I don't work close to the credit union anymore snap deposits means I can stay a come member

The only reason to download the app rather then open in Web browser is snap shot deposit and it's horrible! I've tried to use it over and over and never once has it actually worked... maybe if they fixed that feature it would be worth it... but as of now, nope.

Totally frustrated!!! Why do I always get a Network Connection error when trying to capture the just the back image of the check? It takes the pic, but won't process on my Galaxy Note 2. Use to work in the very beginning when app first brought out snapshot. Please fix!!!!!

This final time I tried using app it actually worked. Always before as soon as I would log in & see summary of accounts, app would close on me.

This app is awesome! Makes checking my account much easier!!
