I definitely liked the old app better. I have a lot of accounts. With this new app's shortened number of letters displayed, I have a difficult time telling which is which. The account names do not display on the screen, only the account numbers and I do not have them memorized. I often end up using the regular website to get things done. I had none of these problems with the previous version. Please go back to the way that version displayed everything.

Dislike thus newer version of the app. I have both business and personal accounts with SECU. Once you access an account you're precluded from accessing any others, unless you uninstall the app and download it, again. Whichever account you access first is what you're stuck having access to. I can access my personal account, but now, when I attempt to access my business account, I get a message saying "system unavailable".

I don't understand the need for the slow SECU animation in the beginning. It's not like the user is not going to know which app they're opening. The change in the transactions list removed the ending balance for each transaction, which was a good feature to have. Overall, the app is a bit more "clunky" than what it used to be

It's a good app, the only thing I can't stand is that the login screen doesn't appear immediately. Have to wait for the SECU logo to slowly disappear before I can login. Might be a petty issue, but to me it seems to take forever.

The new version is not that great. Can't quit without force closing. You can set up a pin for quick login apparently, but it still makes you login normally.

The Login screen takes too long with the fading logo. It's hard to rename your accounts I have already done it several times and it keeps going back too the normal account numbers. Not sure about the rest but this new app is kind of annoying with the fading logo.

I've housed several banks and several banking apps and this one really takes care of everything I need in an app. There will always be things that you can only do on the website, but this app is pretty great!

Sometimes you have to leave well enough as it is and sometimes you update ... maybe the ability to check on your credit card account should he added. Instead I hate the new interface of swiping to see each account. The old single screen with all accounts list was perfect. One glance and I knew the status of it all; now I have to swipe swipe swipe swipe ... can we go back to two updates ago? and as mentioned in other reviews, the fading logo and white screen take too long to load.

I like the look of the updated app, but the old one was a bit easier to use. Now if I want to transfer money, I have to go through 4-5 screens, where I could do it in like 2 before. Less intuitive now.

Update: I am now unable to deposit checks at all. The app won't let me take the picture. The app is great but I have a problem. The app is my main source to deposit checks. Since the upgrade, I'm unable to do so. When I take a picture using the app, the check is impossible to line up, looked stretched and the image comes out blurry. Help!

The new app is a hundred times better! Thank you so much. The only issue that I have is that I cannot use my code to login most of the time.

I hate this new app. The old app functionality was cleaner.

The print used to be bold but now the words are so small, thin and light that you have to strain to see them. You all need to fix this!

I like the old app better the new layout looks nice but it doesn't make sense to have a pen so that you can sign in without using your password but it doesn't work but only one time so therefore I give it two stars plus you can only use the pen when you stay signed in. Please fix and I'll give you more stars or go back to the old app which was better.

4/11: Decimal point is missing and can't deposit checks with cents...4/18: received emails stating issue had been fixed, downloaded update...and it's not fixed.

The problem with this ap is the bank it is attached to. It keeps changing my passwords and then I have to talk to a new brain dead non caring rep to reset my password every week! They suck.

Its way behind other bank app doesn't update properly or have real time transaction sometimes transactions show hrs or days after purchase

Doesn't show pending transactions, doesn't show balance after each line item of transactions. My available balance doesn't add up to the transactions listed. There are pending transactions but this app doesn't show them... lame...

Well i finally got an nsf fee because of the layout on the app. There needs to be a way to see what your balance is when you make a purchase. Not just subtraction after subtraction

Not intuitive, shows less information than old app, difficult to take pics for deposits (does not focus). Wish I could go back to the last app.

This app is good but it doesn't show all of the accounts at once and you have to click so many different times to get where you need to go.

New version really made a mess of the transfer function. Also screen colors are bland.

When entering your account with the new app it does NOT give you a running balance after each transaction was made. It should and the old app would. Now you have to get on the computer to see the running balances.

Functional. Haven't tried the new version extensively, but no longer seems to freeze when trying to get a clear cheque photo and the dimensions of the photo better capture the cheque minus extra background.

The app's submit button is too close to the cancel button. Otherwise, this iteration of the app is the fastest and easiest to use yet.

It's good you can now see secu credit card accounts along with bank accounts. But transaction history for credit card still doesn't seem to work.

I like the App, luv the passcode feature but having to put in your password to get to move from onr transaction to another defeats the purpose of having a one time passcode!

Great app. Can check balances, deposit checks, transfer finds seamlessly between checking and savings... everything I need out of a banking app. :-)

I like how you can just scroll to your next account without having to go back. Plus it's clean looking and simple

I like the app, but prefer the old layout, where you could see all accounts at a glance instead of scrolling through them.

Has trouble reading checks for deposit.

Check deposit no longer allows cents. There is no decimal point on the numeric keypad. App is of no use now. Contacted Secu but no fix.

It's a veey simple and very easy app to use. Takes care of all my retail banking needs flawlessly.

It needs to have a fingerprint login. I don't like how the password works.

Takes awhile to load accounts. Wish I could see more account history. Last version was better.

Good app that features most of what is expected from a mobile banking app. I am looking forward to continued improvement.

I like it enough but it does take a while to open.
