Ardent eBanking

App is sluggish and seems to be dragging sometimes. I know my phone isn't the problem. On the current update, my remote deposits don't go in correctly. So now this is the second week in a row I have to wait until wednesday for my money if I deposited it on friday.

This app consistently tells me that I have the wrong password. I changed it recently and not it won't actually like me use the forgot password feature. It just loops the loading screen.

I have a Galaxy Note 4 and I cannot do remote deposits anymore. I don't know if it occurred to you to do any testing before you screwed with the old version but you guys messed this up. I think it's time to move my accounts over to a different bank. This isn't the same credit union I started with 30 years ago. Customer service mattered then.

hasn't worked since they "upgraded". Ardent means passionate, zealous - hopefully their IT team will be passionately exuberant and fix this ASAP! otherwise the APP is useless.

Every since the changes the server is always unavailable. Terrible.

The site is easy to work with for deposits and transfers. Keep up the good work

I let the update install 9-7-16. Everything is working fine.

This is a terrible app. The old SB1 app was great, tgis angers me to no end. I have 2 phones, one i own, another for work. One is a samsung galaxy 6, the other a 7. The app doesnt work on either. First, it doesnt interface with the camera. Either the camera image is black, or it says 'cannon connect to camera.' I constantly have to restart my phone. Sometimes it gets into a loop where no matter what i do in the app it logs me out. I can restart, it doesnt matter. This app is horrendous. Fix it please

App crashes everytime I try to log in. Every once in awhile it will surprise me and I'll get logged in but if I try to make a deposit with my camera it freezes my camera. The old sb1 app never had issues for me

Locked me out after crashing every time I entered my login. WORST BANK APP EVER. Makes me want to quit the bank. This app makes me use a secure code EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have selected register device at least 10 times and it never saves my choice. Hate this app

1. App crashes on the first login 2. App hangs and crashes on second login 3. Remote deposit rejects all pictures 4. Remote deposit is unable to then connect to the camera 5. Phone is unable to use camera until restarted. Total, utter junk.

It knocks out my camera every single time I try to deposit a check then you have to restart your phone!! Horrible! !

Works some of the time. I liked DeposZip much better. Very slow to open when it does work. Clunky.

Since the website update, the app has been poor. Difficult to log into, and I'm completely unable to do online transfers or remote deposits. Very inconvenient.

Freezes often. Reinstalled multiple times with no luck. Worked the first time so I know it can do it!

This app works great on my samsung galaxy 3 but after I log out I cannot get the screen to close. I have to go to the main menu screen and close it from there. Fix that and it is a 5 star app for me.
