Finding Happiness

I was diagnosed w Bipolar Depression 3yrs ago. Medication helps but only goes so far. Because of my sister, my guru :), I've decided to work on my inner self to find real happiness, well-being and peace. This app seems like a great start to my journey!

The message is right to the point but the app has issues. The text needs scrolling sometimes if you try to scroll it can accidentally swipe back and forth and instead of showing you the end of the message you'll go to the next page.

Love this app. Really concise and to the point but at the same time conveys everything you need to know.

I already went through, it only has like 30 sentences, and that's it.

They say...' It's all in the mind'..and it is indeed..! Happiness can only be found within yourself and is a direct derivative of your state of mind. So staying positive and happy is the only way to unleash yourself completely! Its just one life and we got to live it up...Past is history, Future is a mystery.. Today is a gift and that's why its called 'Present'...Just loved reading the app..juxtaposes the entire though process so simply and wonderfully..!

It's amazing but the only way to be happy is to decide to BE HAPPY. happiness is a decision you make it's not something that happens to you. Heaven is a state of self not a place. The truth has been always inside, waiting for us to look but we are always looking for distractions not to look, and we succeed in everything we put our intention to, even if it means to live in fear and pain.

Every word of it is so true..we just need to start to follow it right now☺

A short read, very thoughtful, to be practiced every day of one's life.

This reminded me of what matters. The insight is powerful and the message clear. I would like to see more! On a different note, why do people give it 2 or 3 stars and not say why? Maybe they didn't get the message...peace be with you.

Amazing app IF it weren't for the bad spelling. Come on, English isn't even my first language. If you make a text app, please put a little effort in making it look right ;-) would make it so much more credible & professional.

Excellent app to free you from daily stress and endless expectations from self. Happiness lies within. This app soothes mind n take u to a different world, i.e., stressless and teaches to show appreaciation and be kind towards others. :)

I don't know that this is really worthy of being an app, as wise as the words are. But something worthwhile to read, take to heart, and promptly uninstall.
