ROVER ATC-20 is provides the full functionality of the Applied Technology Council's ATC-20 paper form for post earthquake building damage evaluation. Used in conjunction with FEMA's ROVER Server (available for free from FEMA directly or from http://www.roverready.org/) ROVER ATC-20 provides the trained user with an easy way to gather information about building damage due to an Earthquake. Users of this tool should have undergone training on the proper use of the ATC-20 paper form or the ROVER server software.
