ROCCAT Swarm

Flat out doesn't work. No pairing request appears on the PC, it just opens the Swarm app. Big shame as it would have been a cool feature.

Really unprofessional to be marketing an app so heavily only to have it not work. I love my keyboard, but the software, both on my pc and this app are bad ebough i would never recommend it to anyone

Bought a Roccat Kone EMP which says swarm app compatable and cannot get this app working. Followed instructions as far as:- 4) Start the app on your mobile device, then follow the on-screen pairing instructions and voilà – you are good to go. And that's where it all goes wrong, the instructions do not help at all. App will not connect to PC at all. Must allow pc to show connection requests but offers no help or guidance on how to do this. Also had to Google how to install the swarm connect software on my PC as the swarm software again did not help one bit. please sort it out!

Have had a krone and a sova for over a year. Never pairs always pending... Newest update "open to all hardware" yea. Not the case. No reply from roccat support ever. typical roccat trash love the hardware but the software is junk.

Didn't work was stuck on pending. Then found a thread on reddit where you can download the swarm module for the PC and that fixed it.

As bad as the desktop app.

Cannot download the swarm connect module for the PC variant that pairs with this app...completely useless without that module

For those who can't connect this app to pc try this, install roccat nyth app first connect to pc then install this app, this what i did good luck.

"Confirm pairing" is all I get when I have the roccat sova..

Total waste of an app don't bother getting it, unless you have skeltr keyboard. Would be a nice app if they didn't lock it down to the skeltr keyboard. They push it on their swarm pc app and say nothing about having to have the skeltr, only after installing app on phone does it momentarily work then disconnect if it doesn't find the skeltr keyboard.

This app needs to be "Skeltr" not Swarm. If you're looking for companion app try Roccat Power Grid for partial "Swarm" support.

Doesn't work at all with my mechanical Sova. Popup never appears, and Swarm is installed and configured properly. Would recommend against buying a Sova, if using this app was part of the v reason why you wanted to install in the first place. If not, I recommend the Sova, is a great keyboard, but Roccat's customer support for th he software is horrendous.

Connects and after a few secconds it tells me that there is no Roccat Skeltr connected to my computer, thats true but the app should also work with my Roccat Ryos MK FX not only with Skeltr!

App cannot connect to PC, no pairing confirmation is shown. Swarm installed on PC, and both PC and phone are on the same network. Using a Roccat Sova keyboard.

My nice new Rhos mx fx will still not work with this app. The advert on the box said it would. When if ever will you make it work as advertised?

Doesn't work! I wanted to use with my brand new ROCCAT Leadr, but it stucked on pending! Then I realized I need a Swarm Connect module too on my PC software. But I can't download that module on ROCCAT Swarm because the auto-updater don't downloads it. I found the module on reddit, but is doesn't work too! What a useless app!

Why in the world would you ever link Swarm to only ONE keyboard???? If it wasn't for my Tyon mouse being the best mouse I've ever used. I would be finished with ROCCAT

This app should be named Skeltr Companion or something like that. It does connect, but after 10 to 15 seconds tells that there is no Skeltr connected to the PC and you can only cut the connection.

I hope there'll be an app for the Kiro mouse in the future. I'm left handed so am limited to what I can buy.

Just bought Kiro mouse, app worked fine for 5 seconds and then logged me out saying I need skeltr...

This app won't work unless you shell out for the stupid new keyboard (that is not even RGB), I just got a ryos MX FX and I can't use this app? Despite the fact power grid is a joke that won't even load now days or even detect my. Pc and crashes even input my IP in, roccat just lost my business. I'm using a new LG G4 non root

I don't know why they changed it. It worked before without the keyboard.

Just installed my new Suora keyboard and Lua mouse, with the swarm software as instructed, with further instruction to install the smartphone app. But the app doesn't work with any keyboard except the Skeltr. Stupid!!!

The Cpu temp and all other things are not working.
