Tring On Train is a Location Triggered Alarm. Specify your destination on the map and the app notifies you with an alarm, when you are within 1km of your destination.
The app is primarily targeted at Indian trains and bus passengers. Once you set the app to wake you at your destination, it takes away the worry associated with the uncertainty of the schedules of trains and buses and ensures that you never miss your station while losing no sleep at all.
USPs:
1) The app does not use GPS and hence does not eat into your phone's Battery.
2) Once you have set the destination on the map, the app does not require an internet connection and hence will not incur ANY usage charges
3) And given that it does not require an internet connection, you can use it while roaming without having to bear the additional charges of the data pack.
4) You can set a "note" to give you a reminder of what to do once you reach the destination
5) Set personalized ringtone for the wake up alarm

This app does not work at all on Google Nexus 4. Only displays a map. No options, no where to enter location and set alarm, no options are displayed.

I set alarm to my current location for testing and no alarm sound? Are you fooling people? How does it locate without gps or wifi? Dont tell me network is used !! Was this app made by rajnikant !!!

This is more of a practical application than a fancy one, an absolute boon for frequent travelers; who can relax and sleep while travelling till the alarm informs them that their destination has reached. Quite happy with the alarm on the last two travel, even though I was more actively waiting for the alarm than the location :).
