Spending even a few minutes each day to read, write, talk and listen with children helps them develop the language skills they need for future success. Reading Is Fundamental’s “Our Book By Us” is made of 6 minibooks by Peter H. Reynolds featuring the loveable SugarLoaf as she and her family experience their daily adventures. This free app also includes a drawing tool for the young storyteller to create their own stories. This app was developed through a partnership among Reading Is Fundamental, FableVision Studios and the National Writing Project. It’s proudly supported by Macy’s and Verizon Foundation.
