PSN

Le Peuple au Service de la Nation est un parti politique issu de la diaspora congolaise en Afrique
du Sud et plus précisément du mouvement de pression communément appelé combattant.
Le PSN a débuté sous forme d'un groupe de réflexion qui permettait au jeunes congolais de
régulièrement faire des échanges d'opinion et débattre sur les enjeux et défis auxquels faisaient
face leur patrie, le Grand Congo.
Dans sa forme de formation politique, le PSN a vu le jour en 2014 sous l’ingénieuse impulsion
de Monsieur Rudy MANDIO IPOMA qui, à travers ses activités déjà tournés à ce temps vers
l’assistance de la population congolaise, militait pour l’amélioration du quotidien de ses
compatriotes vivant dans la République Sud Africaine. On retiendra sur ce point notamment
l'initiative lancée par monsieur Mandio pour une mobilisation de fonds enfin de venir en aide aux
victimes des attaques xénophobes dans la ville de Durban en avril 2015.
Ensemble avec un groupe des nationaux mus par la volonté de renouveler la classe politique
congolaise afin d’apporter un nouvel élan dans la gestion de la chose publique et des potentiels
que regorge le pays, Mr Mandio décidera donc de mettre en place une structure formelle qui
répondra aux desiderata du peuple congolais.
A cet effet, des démarches administratives seront amorcées au niveau de Kinshasa pour
régulariser le parti et en novembre 2016 le ministre de l’intérieur signera l’arrêté d’agrément
consacrant la naissance officielle d’un Parti politique dénommé Peuple au Service de la Nation.
Non obstant ces démarches visant l’obtention des documents administratifs, la direction politique
du parti organisera le premier conclave du parti qui jettera les bases fondatrices d’un mouvement
politique décidé a changer la donne au pays.
Ces assises qui se tiendront à Johanneburg du 19 au 20 octobre 2016 regrouperont des délégués
venus de plusieurs coins de l'Afrique du sud et d’autres pays.
Au terme de ceux-ci, des résolutions importantes seront prises par rapport à l’avenir du parti sur
les points relatifs à son organisation, son projet de société, son planning à court et moyen terme
et les stratégies à mettre en place pour la conquête du pouvoir comme tout parti politique.
Le clou de ses assises a été les nominations aux postes de responsabilités au niveau du
Secrétariat Général, des fédérations et sections et avec espoir de se retrouver pour un deuxième
conclave cette fois ci à Kinshasa.
Pour cette fin, le tout premier Secrétaire général du PSN, Monsieur Erick Bukula, sera déployé à
Kinshasa avec mission d'asseoir le siège des institutions nationales du Parti dans la capitale
RDCongolaise.
Il faut noter que dans sa lutte pour l’alternance et le renouvellement de la classe politique, le
PSN, a eu malgré son jeune âge à payer le prix fort de sa lutte par la mort de son Hero, le
combattant de l’alternance et du respect de l’ordre constitutionnel FORTUNAT NGIMBI qui fut
le premier manifestant à tomber sous les balles de la machine répressive kabiliste lors des
manifestations du 19, 20 et 21 septembre 2016. The people in the nation of Service is a political party resulting from the Congolese diaspora in Africa

PSN began as a think tank that allowed the young Congolese
make regular exchanges of opinion and debate on issues and challenges that were

In its form of political formation, the NSP was established in 2014 under the ingenious pulse
Mr. Rudy Mandio IPOMA which through its activities already turned this time to
assistance to the Congolese population, militated for improving the lives of its
compatriots living in the Republic of South Africa. We note in this regard including
the initiative launched by Mr. Mandio for fundraising finally help
victims of xenophobic attacks in the city of Durban in April 2015.
Together with a group of national motivated by the desire to renew the political class
Congolese to bring a new impetus in the management of public affairs and potential

Not notwithstanding these approaches for obtaining administrative documents, the political leadership
the party will hold the first conclave of the party that will lay the founding bases of a movement

This meeting to be held in Johanneburg from 19 to 20 October 2016 will bring together delegates
from several corners of South Africa and other countries.
After these, important resolutions will be taken in relation to the future of the party on
items relating to its organization, project company, its short and medium-term scheduling
and strategies to implement for the conquest of power as a political party.
The highlight of its foundations were appointments to senior positions at the
General Secretariat, federations and sections and hope to meet for a second
conclave this time in Kinshasa.
To this end, the first Secretary General of the PSN, Mr. Erick Bukula, will be deployed
Kinshasa mission to establish the seat of national institutions of the Party in the capital
RDCongolaise.
Note that in its struggle for the alternation and renewal of the political class,
PSN was despite his young age to pay the price of his struggle with the death of his Hero, the
the alternation of fighting and respect for the constitutional order which was FORTUNAT Ngimbi
the first protester to fall under the bullets of the repressive machine during Kabila
events of 19, 20 and 21 September 2016.
