Torque Lite (OBD2 & Car) for Android
Torque Lite is The best free OBD application I've used, by far. There are ads, but they are NOT obnoxious like many other free apps. Doesn't work on many Chrysler Corp vehicles 1990s - 200x, and Diesel support is somewhat limited though. Thanks to "Ian Hawkins" Please keep on coding!
Have the lite version as I'm borrowing my friends panlong blue obd2 reader and I was using the app today and noticed the speed was reading slower and slower the faster I went, rpms were a little off but I noticed i seemed to be getting 30 or so mpg, that does not sound right to me bc I was driving and having fun but yet it was going higher and higher.. other than that the app is easy to use and good for a free version.
I tried all of the apps on the market, and this is the best one out there. It takes time to customize the screens, but worth the effort. I've just splurged for the paid version. Well worth it!
I love the product I just can't get the unit's to change for instance the Fahrenheit miles per hour and the PSI I've uninstalled it and reinstalled but it still does the same thing is there an update for this
Add this... GPS odometer versus car computer odometer to see if the car is going faster or slower than what is reported. I know my car goes 77mph when it says it's going 80mph. Thus the car has more miles on it that what it says.
Tons of features, easy to customize dials, readout of engine error codes, etc. Almost ideal, but, mpg calculation is never close to expected, something obd car doctor free does much better for my Scion xA. Thus for hypermiling, underperformed as a free app vs another free app.
Easily woyld be 5 stars if it didn't force you to recreate your entire layout regularly.
Unistalled app to work with obd by owners group but unsure how to mind upgrade for my dedicated car model its in any options etc please help
Works okay. Doesn't properly use all of my 18:9 screen, would be nice to resize displays that are already added, and requires way too much time to hold-press to get the add/remove/move options
Option to turn off metric units doesn't work.
The app works Android 8.1 (Google Pixel) will not connect to OBDII Sanner but work well with older versions Android phone
Love the app. I'm wondering what the pro version offers, since this one does everything I need.
No Trans temp on this free version of the app.. so if you own an FJ Cruiser buy the paid version or look elsewhere
Unable to read error log on citroen DS3 says no errors when I've had loads for weeks.
Awesome app for free Definitely going to try the pro version
Doesn't work for 2018 Dodge Charger V8.
Helped me diagnose a bad o2 sensor. Check engine light is gone!!
Since last update it just keeps running in the background, leaves me no choice but to uninstall !!!!!
Doesn't have the ability to scan fault codes or anything except gauges.
Unable to connect using Innova 3211
It's not showing the faults . It also does not confirm that faults were deleted or not
It works perfect with my truck, helped me out so much!
App kept saying ecu not connected on many vehciles
Its interesting that other people will get more features with the lite version, but when i use it, half those features are missing
I paid for the Pro Version now have a new phone and wants Me to pay again?
Awesome app has alrwady saved me about 600$ with the free version. Im purchasing the full version to support this app thank you.
Not compatible with my obdeleven shame
Average showing 19kmpl but I am getting 13kmpl only why ?
Saved Me a Lot of Money ! Fixed it Myself ????????
Not even going to get tested in the car will NOT connect to OBD2
User friendly!!!
Didn't work at all
Works very well
Good, but the units won't change and no answer to previous people mentioning this.
Couldn't figure out how to connect to odbii via wifi
Just like in the picture above obd device not found this thing sucks!
Not easy to use
Little piece of shite
Trash never works

Like it enough to go for the pro version. Suggestion: most of us don't know what config of screens/dials we want. Why not offer a couple of default offerings that would get us started, like, fill 4 of the 5 screens with compatible info, and leave the last one for the user to customize. Default screens could be altered by the user, if desired, but it would save time and offer quick useability for the consumer to have this gadget ready to go with a setup by a "pro."
