Comments to the FL on Police

Suggested reader Commentaries to the Federal Law "On Police" prepared by practitioners and academics, directly participated in its development. It explains the basic provisions of the new police law in Russia, made recommendations for their implementation in practice. Particular attention is paid to the comparative analysis of the rules of the Federal Law "On Police" with the rules previously in force Law of the Russian Federation "On the Police".
We used acts of the judiciary and judicial practice in specific cases.
