The book contains an itemized scientific and practical commentary of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and is the fourth, revised and enlarged edition, designed to provide answers to questions that arise among the participants of housing and specialists practicing in the field of application of the current housing legislation. The commentary covers all the latest changes and additions made by the legislator as actually to the Housing Code (Federal Law № 395-FZ, 401 and 417-FL-FL), and in developing its implementing regulations.
