В настоящий сборник вошли действующие постановления Пленума Верховного Суда Российской Федерации, принятые до 1 января 2016 г., содержащие разъяснения по вопросам применения норм Общей и Особенной частей Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации. Сборник предназначен для судей и работников правоохранительных органов, адвокатов, научных работников, студентов и преподавателей высших учебных заведений. This collection includes the existing decisions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, adopted before 1 January 2016 containing clarifications on the application of general and specific parts of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The collection is intended for judges and law enforcement officers, lawyers, researchers, students and teachers of higher educational institutions.
