Power Thesaurus Free

Hi! I've been using your website for a while, and it has let me learn a lot more complex words to expand my vocabulary. I just recently downloaded your app and love it :) A suggestion I have is that when the synonyms show, allow us to click on the word and take us to the Web browser with whatever word we clicked defined. Here's what I mean: If I looked us synonyms for "before" and prior came up, I could click on that word and it would take me to the Web browser with "prior definition" searched. I have always hoped this would be added, it would make things a lot simpler. I love your app, and thank you for being awesome! :)

Whenever I need to know a word, I just go to my app and there it is. All the words I need to know are there, never any trouble. However in the future I hope they can add a voice feature, so we can tell it what word we would like to look up. That would make it even better than it already is.

I gvng my review.. based on my notion... This is quiet good..now a days we do search words on Google. If someone nt understand.. this app help u better way.Atlast wht I'm saying is.. not worth download. It's more than that..

Can't be moved to ext.SD. No reason why a reference app need bog down the internal memory. I have other reference resource apps that do.

Decent enough app, but I had to remove due to its heavy footprint on main storage. 85MB and no support for external SDs? How about keeping data there, and even better supporting offline use.

Actually I love the app. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because everytime I use it I get an error message that states, "Ssl Certificate Error Alert". There is no help section or way to contact you within the app. I do not understand this error. Please help! Kathy

if only there are options to bookmark or store searches. If this is added, that would be a 5 star rating. I do like the additional feature of being able to look up definitions tho. Great work guys!

This app really helped me out. English is my third language so from time to time I need to find different words for me to learn or just use in some works. I find it useful to search for different antonyms, hypernyms, hyponyms and just related words for any word before I use it either to improve the language and diversify the set of words and phrases I use everyday. So, the whole UI as the thesaurus itself is really user-friendly so this app definitely is not going to give you a headache. Recommended.

Have Been Using It For a Long Time Most Straight Forward one I've seen. No Lag Just simple, type and the Suggestions appear Click On the Suggestions and Will Take you to a Elegantly Organised Sections Of Synonym and Antonym. Keep Making it Better, Will be the Only One That i Will Use.

I installed the app but it just won't open up. Really disappointing. I have used it on my laptop and the experience was great, but here it's a different story altogether.

The easiest to use, by far! And I've checked out quite a few of these apps. The best, no question about it. Except, now the app started getting stupid, with results that are completely unrelated. Just random words that were perhaps searched by someone else. It's just malfunctioning badly. Damn it!

But I don't know if all the words that are in the list has the same meaning can you help me please I need to improve my vocabulary .thanks

Fast and easy, with a convenient highlight feature. While it only shows five synonyms/antonyms, hundreds more are linked and easy to get to. This was exactly what I was looking for. Excellent synonyms and extension. Great job!

It's the most useful thesaurus app I've have ever used,there is no doubt and the Just searched option is awesome..in short it's a great app, am really enjoying it..but I have a suggestion to you guys, It would be really great and useful if you could add an option where we can bookmark/save our words, it will help us to find our recent searched words and we can remember them as well. Thank you guys for making such an awesome app..I hope you guys will look into it.Thanks again.

This app is worth downloading. You will find all the new words, recently added to dictionary. ... It will be of much greater experience if offline data are provided too

Very helpful app ever met. Only problem is cannot close the app at once after using. It go back slowly.

The best i've ever seen, but unfortunately some enteries do not have pronunciation at all! Wish to make it right

Even most websites don't offer near this level of comprehensive word choice. An absolute must-have for anyone who just can't remember that one gosh darn word!

Power Thesaurus is just the thing for writers n journalists looking for a strikingly different word to pen. It has been thoughtfully designed... but i would have been so much happier if this app worked offline too (sigh)

I am writing a monotonous paragraph about rules, that had some great alliteration in the middle of it. I thought it would be fun to turn the sentence into a series of alliterations, to break up the text with a little silly. With PT and a few minutes, I turned this... "But I will absolutely not engage in any kind of titillating talk on these topics, and will terminate any session that attempts to illicit such a conversation." Into this... "Exclusive of that I elect emphatically not to engage in any type of titillating talk on these topics, and will interdict any interlude that attempts to instigate such an illicit interaction." Talk about a useful tool. I just stuck in the word Absolutely, then typed the letter E in result's search box, and there I have an exhaustive list of synonyms of Absolutely that start with the letter E. I almost never do app reviews, but I had to stop and give this thing five stars!. :)

I have been looking for a thesaurus for ges now... and downloaded most of them... this one is by FAR the easiest one to use.... I delighted!!! Finally found the one for me!!

I was shopping for English aids... Man, and none has come in handy as this one.

Best thesaurus out there! I'm in 5th grade and it helps me with my writing. I get good grades because of this!!

I have tried other apps which ended up more like a dictionary. This gives way more options to select from. Fantastic.

This app is exceptional, if your a crossworder it is especially good. I hope they make it so that it can be used offline, not all of us have internet within range all the time.

I realized that this app is nothing but the mobile version of the original website. Make an app worthy for phone UPDATE: Well, the difference makes it crucial in terms of app sizes. Its a browser based application. Shouldn't take up more than 10 MB. But no! Its an effing around 90 MB. And also can't be moved to SD card. App and sites HAVE A DIFFERENCE!

Most other thesaurus apps seem to be dictionaries that also list synonyms, but this one is a proper thesaurus. Exactly what I was looking for!

You can get almost all the synonyms and why not, antonyms of all existing words in a go and it they are 100 % trustworthy.
