مهارات القيادة و بناء السلام

يقدم هذا الدليل التدريبي المعارف والمهارات الأساسية التي يحتاجها القادة الشباب المهتمون والمعنيون بقضايا التعايش السلمي وبناء السلام المجتمعي ليكون لهم بمثابة مرجع لا غنى عنه ويكون الأول من نوعه في منطقة الخليج العربي المعني بقضايا السلام والتعايش السلمي. يغطي الدليل التدريبي موضوعات جوهرية متعلقة بمهارات بناء السلام ومشاركة المرأة فيه، ومهارات القيادة وحقوق الإنسان والحكم الرشيد ومهارات القيادة وتصميم وتطوير مشروعات بناء السلام المجتمعي بحقوق الإنسان ومشاركة المرأة في الحياة العامة ومهارات القيادة ومهارات تصميم وتطوير مشروعات بناء السلام المجتمعي وأيضا يتعمق الدليل في مهارات كيفية تصميم وبناء حملات المدافعة (حملات الدعوة وكسب التأييد) التي تستهدف مشاركة الشباب في صناعة السياسات والقرارات العامة لتكون مبنية حول قيم السلام والتعايش السلمي. This training guide provides the basic knowledge and skills needed by young leaders who are interested and concerned community of peaceful coexistence and peace-building issues to have them as a reference indispensable and be the first of its kind in the Arab Gulf region on issues of peace and peaceful coexistence. Training manual covers the essential topics related to the skills of peace-building and women's participation in it, and leadership skills, human rights, good governance and leadership skills and design and development of social peace to human rights and women's participation in public life and leadership skills and the skills of design and development of community-based peace-building projects, building projects and also deepens evidence in the skills of how to design building and advocacy campaigns (advocacy and lobbying) that target youth participation in public policy and decision-making to be based on peace and peaceful coexistence campaigns.
