PenFed, please implement touchID/fingerprint login. Please add bill pay to the app. In the card management services section, please add a way to change debit card pins from the app and a way to order a new debit card and freeze and unlock cards. Please add a way to touch on transactions that opens a new app page and shows the transactions greater details. Please add a way to open new accounts or apply for a loan from the app. Please add a secure messaging server and add it to the app so members can message PenFed. Please add push notifcations for debit card and credit card transactions. Please add a widget that shows an accounts balance. Please also make statements and fico credit scores able to be shown on the app. Please add Money Dashboard to the app and also implement a money manager and budget system to the Money Dashboard. Please add a total assests and loan page to the app so members can see that information. Please also incorporate PenFed INVEST into the app and have a way where members can go online and choose whether they want to particpate in self-investing or assited-investing but are able to see all their investments and accounts throught the PenFed INVEST portal within the PenFed website and mobile app.

Why doesn't the application have bill payment functionality? One can check balances and transactions within accounts. Can also make a payment to penfed credit card. Users still need a computer or other means to access the main site to manage bills. Application should also use fingerprint technology to log into the site.

Works great for remote deposits, but is TERRIBLE to keep track of your real balance. Does not automatically take out pending transactions. Defeats the whole purpose of online banking. Watch out for overdraft fees, since your true balance is not there. Time to go back to keeping a checkbook and writing each transaction down because this is useless.

The bank is great. The app works fine, but i always have a hard time with mobile deposit. I always get the same message "the amount on the check is not the same we read". I am not sure how this works, but the amount os always the same. They need to fix the problem.

Having mobile access to my accounts is convenient, but the check depositing feature is MADDENINGLY buggy (in Android 6.0.1 at least). If I'm depositing a check that is for $12.34, for example, I hit the "1" key and it appears as $0.01. I keep typing, and it jumps all the way to the left for the remaining characters, resulting in "$23.41." If I type a decimal point, it clears the field entirely and starts over with the next digit I type. Faking the app out to get it to display the correct deposit amount usually takes 2-3 tries. Fortunately, I have other bank accounts with apps of their own, so I can just deposit checks I receive into accounts at other institutions, at least until PFCU's app developers can get their act together.

Really PenFed? Still no biometric unlock? This is 2017, most devices include some sort of biometric unlock, just give us the option. Falling behind the curve on that one.

It's not capable of using fingerprint log on. It consistently times out when you're in the middle of trying to work on something. Overall it's useless for much more than the occasional transfer when you're in a hurry and must have it right this minute.

Hate that I can't see pending charges. I make a charge on my account and can't see it for up to 4 days. I miss Valor.

they've made the app better. my only issue is withdrawing at ATM- the fees are ridiculous. I also like the details provided in their Bill Payer

Every time I try to check my balance I get an error that says: "We're sorry There was an unknown error while processing your request. Please try again and contact PenFed if the problem persists."

Good app easy to use and see all your accounts. Unable to do bill pay or something like quick pay and freeze your debit card if you miss place it.

Great app, there is just a few day delay when you use your checking account for credit, verses debit. Then it post automatically

I dislike the checking account graphics each line item withdrawal or deposit via ATM, Check and Electronic is too vague in detail. Many times is hard to tell where and what the debit charge was for.

Does not connect on several Android devices the majority of the time. Cleared cache, reinstalled, tried over multiple days - still no connection. Called customer support and they were not aware of any issues.

The app is very slow and many times doesn't connect or provide detail transactions list. App also doesn't utilize fingerprint login features. Very limited on other features that all other banks have these days such as bill pay.

PenFed app and online banking doesn't show pending payments. Everytime I swipe my debit card for purchases or to pay bills, my balance never changes. It takes several days for transactions to be posted to my account. I hope PenFed updates their system to show pending payments.

This app doesn't have half the functionality of my Chase mobile app. I don't have permission to deposit checks. I can't make transfers or pay bills. What's the point of this app if not to perform banking from mobile?

Why on gods green earth arent pending transactions shown? Even crappy credit unions like IQ have this on their app. Please add this feature.

Often doesn't let me do basic tasks such as view transactions or do transfers. Print is so small I have to use a magnifier to read.

Sometimes it will not let me log in even though I entered the right credentials but if I go to the web then it will work.

It's an okay app. It allows me to do the things I want and need to do the keep track of my funds.

App was updated 8/21/17 and deposit feature crashs. All suggestions to reboot,reload app fail

Works Well, it's convenient and reliable. I don't leave home without it. I rated it 4 stars because rarely does anything rate a perfect score.

It's Simple to use but it needs to catch up with other bank apps. Pender should also use Zelle to send money to non Pender accounts.

Pretty basic banking functions. Needs to support fingerprint login and push notifications when charges to PenFed credit cards happens for higher rating.

Really just flawless, not even exaggerating. Keeps it simple and error free. I do wish it had fingerprint capability though.

I think the app is OK. I wish it would show my loan interest rate and allow for fingerprint sign in

PenFed app comes in handy I can view my account without calling and find free ATM around the area

Great app but would be better if it was able to keep up with your debits better then updating every couple days

Love how easy banking has become. I can instantly transfer from another bank using this app. Awesome!

Great easy and convenient way to manage my account from a distance..

I have been able to see everything I needed to for account management. Very easy to use and secure as well.

It's actually not a bad app but I wish they'd have fingerprint login.

Excellent customer service and tool. Information is always available. Communication, and all your banking needs at your fingertips.

Can't log in using this app with Android. Have to use internet to log in.

I use this every day. I love doing deposits of my check using the photo deposit.

I can't believe a credit union the size of Penfed is so far behind technologically. The app doesn't even provide access to my bill pay, which is a pretty basic feature of banking apps. Both of my other credit unions orovide this functionality. Ridiculous.

PenFed has come a long way in their mobile application and as a CU itself. The 2 major things I wish the app had was Fingerprint Login and Access Bill Pay. Also, I wish there was a way to change my PIN and order a new debit or credit card straight from the app.
