I use this app to help me sleep. I have bad insomnia, usually lay in bed 2-3 hours with the lights off, no stimulation,etc. I'm unable to take sleep aides so I use this app & it works like a dream. I've used this app for a few months now & still haven't made it to the end.

Short and sweet. I turned to this after visiting emergency care for drug allergy induced tachycardia. When I got home I needed something to keep me there again and found this, it helped me cash my breathe and be able to relax, get a nap and slowed my heart rate significantly. Thank you SO MUCH!!

This at first seemed just what I wanted, but it does not stop when finished, it just starts playing from the beginning again which destroys the whole session leaving me annoyed. It needs to stop to silence at the end

Like the app but it plays on a loop all night. Would be great if you could fix that. Also, would be nice if I could adjust the amount of time I would like to meditate. Only option that pops up is 15:10. I can't change the time.

I did this at school and it calmed me down. I explains how to breathe and calm down after a long day. It also helped me focus. The instructor was awesome my body felt so much better.
