About Symbol Buddy
Symbol buddy is an app for the college student taking physics and math classes of all kind (even the advanced ones). There are a huge number of symbols used in math and physics, more than two full alphabets worth (Greek AND Latin). It can be hard to keep track of what all those symbols mean and how they are used.
Within this app you will find a scroll-able list containing the majority of the physics and math symbols and their names. When tapped a detailed description of their meanings and how they are used is displayed.
To narrow down the large number of symbols, we've added an options menu so you can select only the symbols of the fields you wish to be displayed.

There are errors in the application. You pointed out that the sign used for congruence is the approximately equal sign... so you got it wrong..

It's fairly good, but as pointed out by someone else, the symbol for congruency is said to be the symbol for approximately.
