PandaPow VPN (Android 4+)

I love PandaPow, but the app is killing my phone. Half a year, and still no improvement, using upto 16% of my battery! Oh PandaPow. Can't live with you, can't live without you. :(

Good VPN, but app uses 20% of my battery when on data. Hope it can be fixed soon.

Unreliable, unstable, slow. In short: a terrible VPN for China. It's the service that caused most of my headaches. Look elsewhere if you want to save yourself time and hassles.

Love this app as it connected me to all I needed while in China....

Not Connecting

In the description stands you have to pay for it.

Best VPN for asia! Use app or just put in IP in ur VPN settings. Also got it on my laptop, had some problems ,sent mail to support, 20m later fixed! Thanks a lot pandapow team !!

Is it free or something

Usually a good VPN but of late it's not as reliable or speedy. And it absolutely does not work on my Xiaomi 4c. It keeps disconnecting without notification. And, when it is connected to China Unicom, it can no longer access Google and Facebook or Instagram. It only works with unblocked content in china

Not working with China telecom

Many other vpns like expressvpn & vyrvpn claiming number 1 or 2 in China are just BS. Pandapow have no issue of breaking up connection nor slowing down. Thumbs up and good job!!! I hope pandapow will release an app for iphones and ipad soon.

Huge battery drain from the app. Hope it's just a bug.

The best out there

Using pandapow &Pandapow Wifi service for almost a year,i can say its best vpn provider for china,and they upgrading there service on regular basis,any prb come,there support team responce fast and solve any prb.want them to make speed of ip address fast then it will be more good.

I don't understand how there are so many negative reviews here. Unless I've just been very lucky I can only imagine people are really frustrated at needing to use a VPN at all, rather than this service. For me and several friends living in China (who recommended this to me last year) this has been a stable and extremely fast VPN service. The app takes the hassle out of manual set up too, and I can't think of any way it could be made easier to use.

I don't like the design and the way the buttons are organized, but it does the job. Why don't you use the support library and add some Material touch to it? The entire VPN service is some what unstable in China (as some other users mentioned) but this is not PandaPow's fault as it is caused by the poor performance of some gouvermental servers scanning the entire traffic leaving the country. In China, PandaPow and the servers in LA (13, 22, 23) are the most reliable solution (I tested a lot VPN services)

I've used Panda everywhere for more than 2 years. They are a superb company, and have an excellent VPN. Just bring the log option back, and it's perfection.

Very stable and reliable connection. the server in Japan is always very stable while connecting from eastern China. The only thing that's missing now is a widget for Android.

Saved my trip to China.

Great app, love the fact it made it to Android. Has all the functions I could want it to have, and even in the country where I live, stays connected for a very long time, where other VPN's often get disconnected after 10 minutes. Great job PandaPow people!

Cant install the app

I've been using for a few days now and it hasn't got any problem at all. App makes it easier to choose severs without wasting too much time.
