About Kids Jukebox

Select a music folder containing your kid's tunes, radio plays, stories, fairy tales etc. and the app will generate animal icons which can be touched for playing each track.

Ever wanted a music player operated by a toddler?

This app is child-friendly since no reading is required to pick tracks, playlists, mute or adjust volume.

The Jukebox will instantly index all MP3, AAC and FLAC music (including sub directories) without the hassle of creating playlists. Ready to play in seconds.

Kids can learn species and remember their favorite tracks by association. As a child's app there will *never* be commercial ads displayed!

See "Developer's website" (linked from this page) for more information, including feedback opportunity on future features. If you find bugs or have questions, please report by email. Thanks!

The premise is great- have the child listen to preloaded music without having access to delete/modify your playlists and songs. There are many problems, though. The app reads not just the MP3 files you have in your music player, but ALL the MP3 files in the whole device, including sounds from other apps. Eventually there got to be so many sounds that I think the actual music got pushed off the screen. I'd also like the the icons to be cute and colorful, not images from animal coloring pages.
