This would be perfect for someone who is interested in getting into analogue synths. All the sections are the sort of thing you would find on a regular monosynth. I ran this through my korg ms20 filters and it sounded fantastic. Thanks

If you're looking for an industry standard, feature rich synthesizer that takes you by the hand then you'll be disappointed. Instead what you get is an impeccably designed and easy to use model that has everything you could possibly want if you are just getting started with synthesizers. It encourages experimentation and allows you to get your head round the basics of synth programming. It'd be nice to see effects such as delay or distortion added at some point, but other than that I have no complaints at all. For an accessible and well equipped synthesizer for beginners or people that just want to play around with sounds a bit, you'd be a fool to look anywhere else.

D70%
by D####:

Great recreation of an analog synth like a minimoog. You can create basically whatever sounds you want just like a real synth. Obviously it doesn't compare in sound quality or playability of the real thing but it's free.

Been using it for quite a while now. I mainly use it to impress people around me

This app is awesome! It works very nicely and is a lot of fun just to mess around with. I highly recommend it if you want to play around with a synth.

Great free app with no ads or playtime for paytime load of horse mud. Works great, sounds great. Oxxxide has set the bar with this app! Very happy with their synth lineup.

U70%
by U####:

Simple interface, a bit small of course but decent analog modelling for a free droid app, no sample hold and a millisecond of lag time, but still cool

N70%
by N####:

I like the interface and the functionality. Would have given 5 stars if OSC1 and OSC2 had triangle waves instead of sines, since a sine wave (fundamental) is pretty much useless for subtractive synthesis. Nearly all other subtractive synths provide pulse, saw, and triangle for the main oscillators.

I can't believe how good this sounds it is very nordy. I have made tons of patches and maybe some experience delay but I'm using an older lg tablet and even with my midi controller I get zero latency when playing. I do get a bit of lag when I'm tweaking sounds. But hey for a free app I'm very impressed. If I were you I'd try a paid version with more modulation options and wave forms. Even right now the sound is as good as some VST synth. But we def. Pay for more. Well done!

U70%
by U####:

Latency poor, if we want to think of music and instruments. Possibly the best to hope for in tin ear Google land. App has a simple pleasant pure sound. No sustain/damper pedal support, for Casio, anyway.

N70%
by N####:

awesome. I have no musical talent at all and have never used a synth before, only been interested due to the electronic aspect but this made it so much easier to understand the operation of synths. no bullshit in app purchases or permissions or anything. great job. top stuff

Z70%
by Z####:

This is a really capable synthesizer; I like the classic analog style workflow (compared to Saucillator for example). No lag on my Nexus 6. The ability to save presets is awesome and makes this app even more useful.

N70%
by N####:

Of course it's a phone app so it's obviously not as good as the real thing but you can make pretty kewl stuff and with so many features and samples there's so much to do!

N70%
by N####:

The only extra thing I'd like it to have is a recording option. (I make noise)

J70%
by J####:

My favorite synth app I've found, only a slight delay, and nice range of sounds. I like the minimalistic look

I70%
by I####:

Everytime I change the tone or turning it, it goes negative or at least instead of turning it make it just scroll it up and down or put it on the settings so at least it couldn't be hard

N70%
by N####:

Only bad thing is it is labeled as "common anal..." On my phone.

O70%

Sir, hats off..your analog and FM synth both work like a charm. Pretty good for testing ideas on the go or for using in a little jam session. Thank you.

N70%

I dig the wobble sound, but I like them all.

N70%
by N####:

Its an awesome synth. So many controls to find the best sound for a particular tone. Plus pitch is perfect. Also we can create new sounds with the various controls !

Of that vintage 80s - . A casio PT- series emulation would be nice. I expect that the first one would be easy

N70%
by N####:

Cool I like having an anlog style snth on my phone it's very versatile, you can make really cool sounds with it.

A70%

Works great!! So much fun to tune different sounds and make little jams, or dub notes. I'm gonna try the FM next!

Bought an OTG cable, connected my Yamaha 5 octave keyboard via cheapo USB MIDI interface to this app on my Nexus 7, works perfectly! Almost zero latency, I only play as a hobby but this could easily be used live. I've converted my Yamaha into a 5 octave polysynth for the price of a takeaway pizza.

This app is good but a bit laggy. Delay for few milliseconds. Still, having fun for free.

Y70%
by Y####:

It's clean looking and fun, I love it. Would be cool if you could save riffs out as midi or mp3's for abelton. It would be like a portable riff maker for when you are away from your computer

I haven't had this much fun since I sold my prophet 5, thank you for making it available.

I rarely review apps, but this one deserved it. Using it with an Akai mpk mini, just to make some noises. All that's missing is mappable midi.

Good analog synth

Z70%
by Z####:

Two complaints- the sound controls should be a window you can open, the keys are too small and so are the knobs. Putting them in two different windows seems smart. Also- it would be nice if the octave change was horizontal and slid where the keys were. Otherwise the sounds are surprising. Probably a better program for tablets than smartphone with such small controls

Searched for this after watching the 80's on Nat Geo :D this is fantastic!!!! Easy to use, simple design no problems on my LG G3 :D THE BESTTTT

Excellent! Great sound quality. Seems very responsive and runs smoothly so far. Thank You!

Surprisingly low lag and sounds awesome. Will give 5 stars when it has a pattern sequencer with midi&audio export

M70%
by M####:

Love the sounds it can make, an idea though, if you can make it a vst, I would buy it. Also, sliders are easy to handle in a phone, so if you could add custom layout function, that would be awesome. Also, sync to daw via WiFi would be good. Keep up the good work. Awesome app!
