I understand ads for a free app. But full page pop UPS that are frequent and sometimes include loud video? לא טוב

'Brilliant' was my first review about 2-3 years ago. Now it is unusable due to the ubiquitous ads. They'd be annoying enough in a book I didn't care about.

Terrible and intrusive ad, with audio no less. Content is ok but it is so annoying to read as to be almost useless.

This used to be a great app, but the ads are now way too intrusive. Every action within the app triggers a full page ad. Uninstalled

This is not the Hebrew bible. It is the Christian Old Testament. They are not the same.

Fairly useful for Hebrew learners by reading on the go.

Incomplete or bias.

The Hebrew text is the Masoretic text as far as I can tell, yet the translation is a Christian translation. I feel like that's rather misleading (and at worst outright deceptive) for any Jews looking for a Tanakh app. Also as a consequence of the Christian translation, the Hebrew verses don't always match up with the numbers of the translated verses, which gets problematic if you try to translate individual verses. But otherwise very useful.

I really like it, but imagine you are at a very large table with all the best food that can be offered and somebody like the ad from Mormon offers to you an old and dry cupcake please do not run ad in the middle of tefilot and mostly from Mormon
