ServerAssistant for Android
Great app!!
Does what it say (Nexus One) but it needs UI improvements. Not being able to edit servers or commands is very annoying.
I write the correct same password of the server in connectbot it works in serverassistant it fails tried 3 times
A must have if you need to perform the same commands over SSH often.
Please wake up and update this great piece!
Needs to be able to be moved to the SD card. :-(
excellent app. simplifies remote commands to buttons. love it, thank you!
Just what i need for my Nas, my Htpc and MineOS server
All other available apps in comparison are complete crap. Thanx
Let's me shutdown my NASs by sending ssh commands with just one click. Works perfectly. Thanks.
Could you add an option to change the server name? (I do not mean the hostname. )
This is just what I was looking for to control my mud client remotely. Now to make it perfect I need to be able to execute command rapidly with just the touch of a few buttons preferably set up like a directional pad. Many of the themes for media controllers would work beautifully. In the meanwhile just an option to turn off the confirmation between every command.
If it prompted or could use ssh keys (which have paraphrases) I would be happy.
Great app. Just needs edit and cert. Thank you!
Even though it looks like port 22 is pre-filled, it is just a suggestion. You still have to type it in. Good app. Editing commands would be handy.
Doesn't work - just keeps saying "please fill out all forms" even when you have filled every field!
Keep saying bad password even its ok that makes that useless (tried on gentoo based svr)... can't edit servers/commands you need delete and add new...
Horrible - Galaxy S user. It constantly returns login failures yet Connectbot works just fine when inputting manually . Too bad it looks decent...
Password authentication failed, even when I made the password "1" Uninstalled until its fixed. Great idea, just needs some bugs worked out.
Works ok but definately needs edit function for servers and commands.
great app! Looking forward for the key feature to be added
As other reviews state, this app has promise but is sorely in need of an update. There is no edit functionality, which is a must. The app hasn't been updated since 2010, and it's obvious. The UI could really use an update. The functionality is slow (painfully slow at times). Description says open source, but the developers website is down. I'd love to find the source so I can update it myself.
Great app but needs ability to update stored password, if it gets changed on server
I can't make it work. It just says 'please fill out all forms'.
Colin type in 22 manually. Seems to always fail to login... pretty useless so far...
Works great! Hoping for key auth soon
Will not create a group.Form not filled in. Website down for docs.
Does what it says. Could do with some UI improvements.
Edit sorely needed. Very helpful though.
Great for what it does. Can't wait for updates
Oh cool, an app that doesn't work. Who wouldn't want that?
It does exactly what I want it to , a homescreen widget executes commands on my PC. Would be awesome if you add an option to disable "Execute script?" prompt when launching them from homescreen widgets though.
but do not promise what it can't do: it definitely cannot send WOL packets to wake my sever, hence I use another app for WOL and only then I can use this app to run commands remotely.
Great app, I use it all the time for suspending or restarting my HTPC. I haven't quite figured out how to use WakeOnLan but would love some documentation or a pointer to how this is done.
Nice
Great Tool! And thanks for the update: you're saying it's open source now: where can I find the source? I would like to make some adaptions for private use.

This app is exactly what i need, but it is just missing one tiny thing. It would be great if you could have a widget to run a command to a server directly from the android homescreen ! :)
only thing this provides is saving commands. i think .bash_history does this good enough. and why is no passwd needed to decrypt passwds?
