OneSim VoIP for Android
I use OneSimCard for travel when my primary phone can't be used. Using VOIP costs less than making calls on the wireless carrier. The only thing I don't like about this app is it will only ring on vibrate.
Good
Unable to send SMS. Shown as sent, but recipient did not receive it. When SMS received, can only show a few characters, and when you open the message, there is no message body, only the sender's info.
Under-featured. It kept saying I am off line

Lousy documentstion and instructions. Customer support is lesa than helpful, giving instructions instead of links to the appropriate menú on the diré. Still cannot make any calla on this APP. Customer support sounds like they are blaming me instead of helping me.
The one card sim does not work well in Asia! And there are so much restrictions on their data plan on different countries that you might as well buy a local sim card instead. They'll find every opportunity to charge you for every charges in the fine print. You should definitely find another service provider!
Good
Receiving call is expensive to the calling to simcard. The voip use WiFi if you have WiFi available you are better go Skype or Obi.
Goid quality and low price abroad. No value in domestic

I got onesimcard for travel, and with this app I use the same phone number dirt cheap with wifi & still stay in touch when I don't. Used it in 6 countries on 3 continents. Very convenient & efficient. Also comes in handy in buildings where mobile service is bad; it works wherever wifi does, and I can easily call any phone number (unlike other VOIP apps).
