Great app! So easy to do all my banking from the app. Love it!

Latest version doesn't allow me to switch between my three accounts. Extremely annoying, because it was never a problem before.

...I....don't know what to say anymore... Each time they try to update, it gets worse.... Waste of space to my phone, there's always PC....

Thanks to your update, I'm locked out of my account. I was able to use my pin to get in before and now I can't. Thanks a lot.

So I figured it out, after the update I had to clear all my data from the app. Working well now, disregard my previous 1 star review.

Everytime I try to open this app, it says Error 404. It used to work fine, now all of a sudden all I get is this annoying message.

After update I cannot log on every time I try it just says Service error 404. Used to be useful and now completely pointless can't say anything positive if I can't log on. BOOOO

After the most recent update I am unable to set up or use quick access. The app immediately closes every time I try to set it up. Also the balences do not update when refreshing the app. Way to go.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it today and seems to work fine now.

Will not load

The app used to work fine. I haven't used it for a while. I tried to deposit a check, but when you start the app it says: 'Server Error: 404 Not Found'. The latest version is from June 2017. They need to update it, but probably they don't want to spend the money for team of developers.

Another bug needs to get fixed. When I log into the the or website I get a message stating my credentials are invalid and locks me out of my account. The solution I had been given from the 800# when I called, go to the nearest branch to have the issue fixed. I left Wells Fargo after 20 years because poor customer service across all aspects of their business practice. I have no problem leaving One Nevada less than 2 years after signing up due to poor customer service.

This app used to work perfectly now I keep getting the 404 service error message. I don't understand how it still has 4-stars with all of the 1-star ratings, strange.

This app use to work great. My local branch closed down, so the nearest 1 is 80 miles away. It wasn't a big deal as long as the app worked. Been getting error 404 for weeks.

Quick access disenrollment bug is back, really bad, multiple times a day. Also they need to allow the app to work in Airplane mode if Wi-Fi is on.

I just joined as I was getting tired of the hastel of my prepaid card. The app, unlike my last cards app, actually Works! And it's so easy to use. I love it.

What the hell,ever since the update it keeps giving me an error and the retry button.its been 2 weeks,I really need this app working especially when I'm out of state. Please fix this.

This app will not work on the Galaxy S8 plus I just bought. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing happens on the main screen when you tap on it. So no mobile banking for me.

I live in Pahrump NV. The only access since they closed our branch is one atm which has not worked for at least two weeks. It's obvious they don't care and yes my phone will not deposit a check either.

Can't log in most of the time eve after uninstalling and reinstalling. Says I'm not authorized. But I can log in on a computer....very frustrating.

After the recent update I also am being told I do not have the proper credentials. Been a member for several years and now can not even get on line. Is there any chance for this app being repaired? ???

Do NOT rely on this app or this financial institution. I needed to deposit funds into my account and the app does not work so no way possible to deposit a check electronically. This is a terrible non functioning app.

Does not work at all on my S8+. It loads up but won't let me use any features. Basically it freezes.
