Essential daily routine. Wouldn't think of leaving home without it. Dr. Gregor makes it easy to be the healthiest I can be. The fact that it's a health grounded in the best science there is on nutrition is even better. No Broscience or Noscience here. Just the nutrition facts.

A great and simple way to make sure you reach your nutrition requirements on a daily basis. Helpful to keep track and get you back on when you fall off the wagon!
Used for several weeks now and it is fast and quick on reminding me what I want to eat. Easy to update and easy to go back a day to fill in what i didnt have time for. Love it.

Great app for keeping track of your nutritional needs. I just ensure I get the minimum servings of each. I have more energy and have lost weight without even trying!
It has never been so easy to track my diet in the right way. I am losing weight so quickly, feeling full and satisfied. This should be the food guide for EVERYONE to follow. I LOVE it!!!????????????????????????
Simple to use. Works well keeping me on track. Nice to see a history of eating habits too. You'll find it just becomes a good habit in time and you need the app less. But it's a great tool to build that habit. Heck of a thing for free! Try it and eat better.
Great for helping me stay on track. It should be a bit customizable, for those who choose not to have certain things daily. For example, I don't have nuts every day, just 3 or 4 times per week. I should be able to remove them from days I don't have them. Otherwise, it's great. Thanks!

Love this little app, and thank you for creating it. It keeps me mindful of the variety of whole, plant-based foods, especially when meal-planning. But it really needs a box for chocolate.

This is a user friendly, clear and simple way to track what your proper food intake each day. It gives great educational info just by pressing that catagory line item. Im hoping to do a family challenge and motivate my kids to eat better.

I have used this app daily for seven months and I highly recommend it. You can trace your progress over months and years. Dr. Greger and his volunteers provide evidence based nutrition information for free.
Makes it really easy to make sure I'm hitting all my goals. I do wish it were customizable as my daily goals are slightly different.
Streamlined way to keep track of health! Very easy to use and helps you keep track of patterns in your eating. You'll notice immediately where you're strong and where you could use some work. Definite recommend!

I would never remember if I have eaten enough and also love the serving sizes. Easy to follow. Keeps me on track.
I love how it gives you a serving size and then a list of all the different types of foods in the category. Super simple to use!

This app is ESSENTIAL!!! So easy to use and NO ADDS! Anyone Vegan or wanting to improve there diet with grains, beans, legumes, fruits and vegetables WILL BENIFIT. Used everyday and HAS HELPED SO MUCH. Examples and videos INFO is GREAT and HELPFUL when I'm looking at something I want to eat.
