NUS extra - Student Discounts

Just got my card today and tried to log into this app but won't even accept my email so doesn't work. I wonder why these problems haven't been fixed by NUS as there are so many of them?!

I cannot use this app; it's useless! The GPS can't find me (even when I'm sat in my house connected to Wi-Fi) and it can't locate nearby places I can use my NUS card; the map is just blank, even slap bang in the middle of a city. I now have to look up places online before I head out. The new update did nothing to fix these issues or stability (it crashes regularly when trying to refresh).

Locations are not updated on regular basis. The GPS is fine for me and can track me with no problems. I'd think since they have it constantly updated online that would reflect on the app, but no. You'll get more sales though NUS if the app was actually updated. I work at a store that has an offer going on with NUS and have just noticed that we are not located on the map, (it doesn't even show up but I guess thats just the API) even maplin (that dose show) that doesn't even have thier offer listed either and also, Please add access to the gallery when uploading a image for the offers (a bit ironic when you get a prompt for it to access the files, and not just the camera)

Had this service for a year, and paid £12 or so for it. Got far better deals elsewhere with my uni details and did not justify spending for this service! Go elsewhere is my advice.

Could be good but it's not! The map function did work and looked helpful but now the map doesn't load nor the deals. Additionally it will state that 50 deals are available in a category but when you click in, there are not even half of that. So much potential but needs fixing.

I'm in central Manchester and the app always thinks I'm in Ormskirk and the latest update added features for iOS 10??? Great - just what android have been crying out for.

It's never updated, not does it seem to know where I am, though none of my other apps have this issue.

The map doesn't work on Android and the deals are mediocre at best. Not worth spending £12 on

Doesn't work, can't connect to servers ever. Took ages for it to accept my login too

Samsung S5. Overall App works, nothing too exciting, not enough decent offers in my eyes. When student discount reaches 95% is when I'll put this app as a 5 Star.

Does not log me into my account. Keeps repeating that email or password is incorrect. Very annoying as the is active and working on the webpage. And it cannot determine my location

Wouldn't let me log in. Apparently invalid email or password, tried to change the password word but app stopped me

It won't determine my location even though my location services are on it just stays in London so its totally rubbish

It tells you offers but map does not work. Reading through reviews looks like it has not worked for a while. sort it out! please.

The location part of app never seems to work so i can't find local offers. Please fix.

A feature to replace the actual NUSextra card such as where you can scan your phone at the coop would be useful.

Rubbish I am a student but cannot enjoy student discounts.

Good app, has a funny 5 minutes every now and again but overall it's useable. One annoyance is the name of the app, it's so long that it looks stupid on my home screen! Please sort that out

I don't live in London so it's not my "local" area! This cr-app never ever find my location! Ever?! Leeds, West Yorkshire...really??? And why when I clicked the little yellow star to save a place as a favourite....does it NEVER save it?! This has been the case since I started my course...TWO YEARS AGO!?! Absolutely infuriating as it's the most basic 2 elements of the damn app!

Map doesn't work and includes shops and restaurants that are 200 miles away

For some reason the app won't let me input my email address to log in and use it! I get as far as the .co.uk and the app changes the c and u to full stops... not helpful at all!

Embarrassingly poor

Scrolling seems to stop before the last few listed deals, can't click the supermarket deals for example, nor the travel deals, seems my phones resolution is too much for the app, please sort this out
