I love the idea of being able to directly communicate with potential employers on a mobile platform. To keep this platform moving in the right direction, I would recommend to include an option to upload multiple resumes for those who are skilled in more than one field. Also, I think some of the industry and function subcategories are overlapping. Overall, I love the idea and I can't wait to see this grow.

All and interface worked fine, but not a single one of the 100 jobs that I applied to didn't need me to fill an extra application on my computer. It basically renders this application useless, as there is no simple one touch apply

They sent me UNSOLICITED email about this. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS.

It does not even open to the home screen anymore. After home screen, in the beginning it used to just hang somewhere. Now it does not even open at all. I am deleting.

Slow to load, no jobs, I see candidates as a job seeker? Swiping for job concept is terrible in it of itself. You guys have just created a faster way for desperate job seekers to "spray and pray. " When is everyone going to start realizing that Tinder for job searching is a terrible business model?

Been trying to sign in with LinkedIn but Nsphire app just hangs on the log in screen. I would love to give the app a better rating, but I can't even use it!

Reviewed for a 5minutes which asterisk question I missed, they're all completed, and it still says I missed a question. Some suggestions: break the questions into multiple pages to improve UX, highlight the section that is missing an answer, or allow the person to continue, but provide an exclamation that until the certain question isn't answered, the user won't get sufficient matches.

Once you put in your personal information the app stays in search mode. I have been waiting for results based on my area and nothing has came up. Can someone please help?
