CONNECT: International Calling for Android
I'm a Nettalk Customer but this app will block me when I upgraded my account to VIP. It is really bad. VIP member is treated worsen than Non Customers??? Contacted supportand advised that they camnot help and asked me to wait for new device I ordered arrive and App upgraded. DO SOMETHING NETTALK. I'm with NETTALK for 5 years and feeling disappointed now.
Update 3/20/2018: app needs updating. Got really buggy over the years. Only finds contacts if they are in Google account, mine are in NextCloud. Inbound calls can hang the app and mobile device (have you tried turning it off and back on again). No caller ID info gets to app like on land line phones; eg 75% spam. This app is wonderful! Answering my VoIP home phone with any device is fantastic. I tried it with my Nexus 7 tablet and it worked. The person that called me said he was getting an echo of his own voice back after he talked, but I didn't hear it. Probably an artifact of a tablet as a hands-free phone is a bad choice; might be good with a Bluetooth headset. When using it on my cell phone, it worked great; no echo's. I was even able to receive calls on an old Android phone that doesn't have a SIM card in it! Super awesome! That's REAL WiFi calling with a mobile phone.
I installed this app on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. This app interferes with my regular cell phone service. Calls will not connect and inbound calls go straight to voicemail. As soon as I disable the app I'm able to make calls. Is there a fix for this?
Now unable to properly make calls or get my voicemail. Also problems trying to sign in to app using the account login(not FB or Google). Long distance totally amiss. Phone dialed ringing out of sync by 3 rings. I hang up and dialed numbers keep ringing. Web page is also screwed up with some links not working. I'm in Canada and have to call international a lot. Please get this fixed. We had problems last year with provider that caused a lot of grief and now this!
Worked twice and rest of tries no connection or bad connections. I have nettalk duo at home but mobile app is crappy
On april 3rd. I got an email from you saying my case was going to be seen by somebody specialized. I can only sit one hour a day. And your support system doesn't reply. All year I have had this problem. I want my money back. Your phone doesn't work. Don't want any 100 gift card. Thanks.
Paid for service for 3yrs quality is fair, app no longer works on phone. Contacted support for 7 days straight without a single reply. Have to travel to Europe had to install fongo to be able to make calls from phone. .. 1 Month later still not contacted by them, truely impressive lack of support or care. Just need link to old app as the new one is not working on my phone, guess that link is hard to type.
Doesn't work. I have the TK6000 (very first nettalk model). Downloaded this app and it asked me to get a phone number. I logged in with my TK6000 account, it should know my number, but it didn't. I tried to dial out, the other end rings but when I answered the phone, it dropped the calls on the receiving end even though the calling end was still on. I used my wife cell to call in, it did not receive the incoming calls. Nettalk Tk6000 used to be good, but last year, I can't use it anymore. It worked for a few hours, then stopped taking incoming calls. I reset it and my router many times, but no hope. It seems like nettalk wants to kill this model by changing their service to make it hard to for this old model to receive the incoming calls until we are tired and give up on this model then buy a new model. I have a magicjack too. It works like a charm. I used to refer my friends to buy the nettalk, but now no more because of the service goes down the hill. I don't normally write a review, but I can't stand it anymore.
This app is only useful about 60% of the time, most of the time it says offline or trying to connect, when over a cellular network or Wi-Fi. This was last updated on July 18th referring to the current version, techs are STILL offer little to NO help at all.
Takes a long time to open. Calls ring but they don't connect. On the rare instance that I do get a call to connect, there's noise and static and the calls always dropped, repeatedly.
Drop calls rate is real high, sound quality bad, all calls are done in the U.S. Needs tons of inprovements on sound quality and lower dropped calls. Paid a year, but if no improvements are done, i wont renew the app.
This is not reliable app. It is not working with 20Mps download/upload speed. Call drop is a big concern. You can't make call without dropping for 15 minutes.
This is nonsense, could u people return my money ASAP, I recharged and I couldn't use it to connect any number. I need my full money refunded.
I have account . there's a sheeting company. I pay already international plan but nothing work anything apps not login.
I call and hear nothing, the other party hear the ring but not me. App not so good.
It say free calls but you have to pay to make calls, not recommended app
I have $20 in my account over 4 days now I can't place call it keep telling me to credit my account before I can make call. So pls what's happening

Had for a year at $49.99. Hardly ever worked "The nettalk subscriber is currently unavailable" so tired of hearing... Then they wanted $70+ to renew a service that I really never got!!!!! Poor poor poor.. then try to get a hold of a real person lol its a real joke! .......Your response mentions nothing about how $49.99 turns into $70+...and btw its not my router, my ISP is blocking it.
Lot of voice disturbance ,when we answer calls sometime other end seems mute for 2-3 seconds No no sir I have 100/100 mbps connection ,Skype works perfectly fine on that Even other voip service but this is having issue
Push the #1 for voicemail and voicemail opens correctly. Go to push #1 again and it's like the computer didn't recognize it....tried numerous times. Poor Poor quality when trying to run a business!!

Would be a great app if I could make any call that would not disconnect, so far every time I make a call it is dropped. I have been a paying customer now for 5 years and am disappointed with their customer service, almost like they don't care anymore.......
The app is not excellent, it's force stopped a lots, voice breaking and video to earn free credit takes a lots time to load, sometimes consumed more than expected schedule watch time because video freezes. I love to buy credit apart from free credit but lm afraid about the apps performance. if you guys can improve, the app will be rated more than the best in the market.
I am a paying Nettalk Duo customer, and I was hoping to be able to use my Nettalk service on my cell phone. It turned out that the app is extremely unstable. About 30% of calls never ring the phone. In about 50% of calls there is no sound going either way. Sorry, it has to be more reliable than that before I will use it. I tried to contact Nettalk tech support. From their responses to reviews it would seem that they are ready to help. Not at all. I contacted them through chat on their web site, was redirected to another department, and never received a response. I am giving up. Not worth my time.
One of the worst services. My international calling is not working since last 2 weeks.. their contact nos are not working.. nobody from their support teams get back.... its the fastest way to lose your money... stay away from this horrible service. I have already lost $130.. with no refund policy

Nettalk will take your money don't give you service are give your money back you can't get them on the phone they don't answer email this phone company is fraud scam people they took my money three times and don't give me back are my service
There was problems with vibrating and ringing at the same time. The updated app fixed that. Also the one time only ringing I fix it because it was put on silence thats why it ringed only one time.
Because all calls which come in are on mute for like 5_10 seconds and there is a call drop issue
Waste of money it's always saying trying to connect even if am right beside my WiFi box

Horrible ..... Dont use it. Since the purchase of the service. I was unable to connect with the server. Horrible customer service as they confirmed before the purchase the service will work in my region. Once I ask them to cancel and reimburse they didn't reply. It's been 7 days and still no reply.
I bought credit and I reset my phone, am trying to log in now but am unable please fix it
If a I call to a 1800 number I cant select any option. It is a big inconvenience for me.
Hate this... Need to update application... Not working... Always sign in issues... ends call every time...and never replied in chat I asked so many times... Poor app...
This app is no good fix it or get rid of it you earn points and doesn't pay up sucks
Be aware of all the complaints they have. I imagine they will be sued in the next few weeks.

MY BAD,,,, Bought n paid for, installed THEN read the whole story, I can do ALL this for free with What's Up. Sent an email requesting stop the charge to my card. and why,I believe a politician wrote the rapid auto response.
