Pictures aren't even saved. Videos were saved but you couldn't watch them my phone showed them as broken. Not even when I tried to convert the videos it worked. Really poor app

If possible I would give a zero always says no trace saving videos only and even that's a lie save your time and don't install.. Trust

It seems the app does save the images and videos into a file directory yet the formatting of these files leaves you wondering how to play them. I downloaded VLC player which basically plays any type of video and even then, I could not view them. Once this problem is solved then maybe something can come of the app.

Where does all the snaps save and in which format?? -_- comes in this mp4 format and doesn't play it shows -_- deleting it.

NEEDS ROOT TO SAVE PHOTOS. This is not detailed in the read more section, before downloading.

Just to clarify, the 1 star reviews are all wrong, as they do save to your phone but not natively to your gallery (fix by connecting your phone to a PC and go to the app folder) but the photo saver needs your phone to be rooted to work. Videos will still capture though. Hope this helps :D

doesnt work AT ALL. it says to use buttons which arent even there. doesnt save the pictures or work in any way shape or form. have as much chance at saving snaps using a banana as this. needs to be removed instantly

Ok so everyone is complaining saying "oh It doesn't make a folder I can't find them". People these days expect an application to do everything for them. All you idiots have to do is plug your phone into a computer then go to the folder this app has made and ALL OF YOUR SAVED SNAPS WILL BE IN THERE! Maybe if any of you idiots had the slightest knowledge how to operate your device I wouldn't have to tell you.

To that 1 idiot who sez that this works that gave it a 5star rating ..... It doesn't. Even windows media cannot support the file or any other media player at that, the pictures don't show up either on any program the computer throws at it just get errors

This app saves the videos on snapchat but I can't watch them so it's pretty useless to save them... Deleted

I did everything right, found the folder in my files on my phone and tried to play them and it won't. Sucks cause I'd really like to save the videos my niece sends me.

I saved the snaps, then opened my file manager but the videos won't work when I try to play them.

Don't bother installing this falty snap safe app your just wasting your time it don't work it a con try it if you don't believe me ! You install it it tells you to open up snapchat you open it play your videos then you go back to snap safe to copy files you go to your files look for snap safe folder nothing there a con what happened to save my snaps app bring it back at least that one worked on snapchat bring back save my snaps app bring it back !

I got to the snapsaved folder click on the vids and pics it dont load the pics and vids are corrupted
