Like everyone said it crashes more now than it did before the update. Make sure you have a paper wallet backup if you use this thing. The second you use it to find out how many coins you have it'll crash. Just note the number and hope you don't have to use this thing again.

I have never written a review until now. This app is a tool to steal your money. It will work until you transfer xem into it. After you do this it will crash indefinitely. This should be punishable by law. It's very true that this is just an app to rob you. I hope someone in law enforcement takes care of this.

Hate this place stole my coins won't reply. I installed this app was working great now I added major amount and crashes every time I get 3 sec and down now there is no acct needs removed

Edit: After new update 19 hrs ago problem still not solved: NEM Client crashed! I do not recommend this app. You can install, create your wallet,logg in & after this it crashes everytime. It's actually impossible to perform ANY action.

I need help. I cannot access my NEM that I just transfered into the wallet. It says it crash. I added another account but that one functions with no NEM in it. I assume if I transfered NEM into the second account, that one would crash as well. I hope they resolve the issue. I tried contacting the issues website with with no luck. I have read many of the reviews hope it is just a glitch in the on wallet, I am fearful it is hackers. Do not use this WALLET. If they resolve my problem I will write a review stating such things.

Honestly heed the warnings about the crashing. You can't do anything after you make a deposit without it crashing. Stuck for the long haul if its not fixed

Forget all the reviews that say things are being stolen. The app is not intuitive and people are simply making mistakes. Everyone can get support at forum.nem.io. It works well but definitely needs a lot of polishing.

Was working fine till one day went to send some NEM that simply just never arrived. Also there is no help or contact option in the wallet. Money just dissapeared.

Does what it says on the tin, and for everyone moaning regarding losing access to there coins when you reinstall, please remember to backup your wallet before removing the app!

Can't get my money out. It always says "sending failed! This transaction interferes with a previous importance" or something like that.

I've been using this wallet for quite a few months now with no issues. I can keep up to date on my harvesting information, send and receive XEM with ease and it loads quickly.
