Navy Federal Prepaid

Finally found out why I can't use the mobile app! Only a primary parent (usually the one that sets up the account) and the cardholder can access the app! This is ridiculous! The are TWO parents that need access! So now if I need to load the card, I have to go and log in online and do it through the website OR call/text my husband to transfer money (and hope that he gets the email in a timely manner)! Ridiculous!!! BOTH parents need access to the app!

I put in all the info that was correct to set up the card. Invalid password. Argh! So I read the reviews and saw the one that says to use your NFCU password...huh? So did that and voila it let me set up the card. So then I go to log in and it will not let me put in the user name. Have to set up account all over again. Uninstalled and will use laptop in future. Please NFCU fix this! Thank you

This app has improved vastly. 3 months ago it was a mess that did not function at all. Now it does exactly what it should with no problems at all. One star off because it is missing one important feature: auto-reload.

Poor design has resulted in account security compromise. Application should use something other than access numbers and passwords to connect to member data, especially on an unverified application. Fix this quickly.

I had no issues setting up an account and activating my card. Not quite as pretty as Google Wallet, but same functionality, and now that Google is no longer supporting Wallet I was very happy to find NFCU had a prepaid. Only change I would suggest is being able to view it from the main NFCU page / app, with all my other NFCU accounts & cards.

User Interface. The UI is horrible guys. It's like the app was outsourced to bunch of high school students that have a less amount of fundamentals in UI app design.

It will not allow me to reload my card. Says transaction denied because of sender's account status??? Shouldn't matter if the sender/receiver is one and the same. So I go to the website, answer everything with the correct info and it says my security information is incorrect?? WTH??? Had to request a manual transfer. This isn't convenient at all. I may end up closing this account.

not even kidding. the app does what you need as far as transactions, but looks so ugly and dated as if it was made in 1982. I never had a problem logging in but it does have an awkward way of setting it up so I'm not surprised so many people are having problems just logging in.

Can't even get through the enrollment without errors and I am entering all the info correctly. Called the prepaid card number and got the brush off.

Having the same issue as Buttme58 (unrelated to his username). I am not able to load the card using the app. I get the same error "Transaction denied because of sender's account status". I get this both on my android and IOS phones. I have no problem loading the card using their website or by phone (except that it's less convenient - the website is extremely annoying to use). Visa Go Card support says the credit union is to blame and the credit union is blaming the app. Until it's fixed, it's only good for checking the balance on the card.

They must have listened & made changes . . . I had ZERO problem setting up this app. So far, seems to work perfectly.

The app will not allow me to enter the 3 digit cvv2 number. It keeps saying it's invalid with no further explanation.

It was okay until just today i tried to login and it said authentication error and i tried like 10 times and it kept saying that so i uninstalled and reinstalled and now it wont even let me add my card bacj

Horrible app! Very difficult to use. My daughter was stuck somewhere and needed money. Been working on this for over 2 hours now trying to get her money.

Every time I use it something is wrong like validation error .I had to re download the app and nothing is working not even a new password

I haven't even had a chance to enjoy this app because I can't add my card. I put in all the correct information to do so and then it's either telling me identification failed or password invalid even though I did as prompt to when making my password. Seems like this app would be great if it freakin worked. As one reviewer stated don't bother calling customer service they have no freakin solution. They give you an answer to pacify you for the moment like we will call you within 3 days and never do.

It works but the UI isn't as polished as the main app and it's sort of a pain to set it up on another phone. In fact, why can't this be integrated into the main NFCU app? It would be much easier to transfer funds.

I have not had any problems, but it would be great if we didn't have to sign in with our username and password every time we login. Hope we can get the pin input that is similar to the Navy Federal accounts.

All I want to do is add funds to my teen's account with MY username and password without going through browser. It appears only PREPAID card users may log in. Not very useful.

My Go Card was compromised they alerted me someone did six different transactions in two different days in the same store Harris Teeter in Potomac Shopping Ctr. In Rockville MD. I live an hour away and was at work at the time of these transactions they didn't call until 8pm. Why do I have to wait 15 days for a investigation to decide if Im getting my money. WHEN YOU ALERTED ME AND CARD WASN'T STOLE I HAD IT AND THE TRANSACTIONS WERE DONE BACK TO BACK THEY JUST CONTINUED UNTIL THEY COULDN'T DO IT ANYMORE

I love this card,app,link and bank! Near or Far. I can always send monies at the touch of a button. The best feature is that I can control every transaction. Love, love, love it! This Army family really appreciate NFCU! You're a life saver. Easy to do.

Won't accept 3-digit security code. Waited an hour on hold to be told, "we will investigate. It will be 3-5 days." Wish I could give less than one star, this app SUCKS!

Have been using a Buxx card for many, many years with both of my children and I can say, trying to efficiently use it without spending 75 minutes trying to even access the account, it is beyond frustrating. If fact, when my daughter lost her card, I couldn't login to stop auto-transfers. Now I can't access parent account online at all since getting replacement card and the parent account (in app) it pulls up an old bank card and nowhere to change the card information. Go to the website and can't login to the parent account at all, only child account. Tried recovering password for parent account, but it then asks for the card number and security numbers, which then redirects (I assume the code sees the card number and automatically assumes child) says the username doesn't match, or changes the password, but to the child account. Probably easier to get a PayPal card for her!

I changed phones and installed new app on new phone it will not let me log in on my account it makes me create a new account. I already have a account I just want to log in

Doesn't allow me as a parent to sign on and transact. However my kid loves it, he sends me funds request all the time!!!

I've been given the run around with issues with this app not working since 2015, it's going on 2017 and still no access with this app.

Idk why all the complaints, first try set up and running, great app, if it's the appearance that is bothering you, you have bigger issues

I'm closing the card because of how poorly this app works.

Added my card with no problems unlike what other users are experiencing, just make sure you're typing in your info correctly. Now to give the card a whirl!

I would have given it more stars but this card is not compatible with Samsung Pay. So I can't give this high rankings until this happens.

It was all good until it wouldn't log me in. Also,they need to update the style of the app because it looks old fashioned
