Has good questions, & the games are enjoyable. For $7, I'd like to see more variety, or at least an option for practice quizzes instead of just games. Those aren't the main issues, though. *EDIT - I originally said the timer is too fast. While this is true, I do want to acknowledge that I discovered there is an option to turn off the timer.* The MAIN ISSUE, though, is that on the hypertrophy reps question, the app glitches out and shuts down. If this last problem was fixed, I'd give 4 stars.

$7 for repeating questions in every game. No expansion packs which I would have been happy to pay for. Not sure why they have even kept this app. The last update was in 2013. I'd like my money back.

I'm a terrible test taker, a good game player, this isn't like the test. I took the exam and pretty much can tell you they have a play on vocabulary on the exam. This is too "word-for-word" if you're a person that seems to be precise on studying. It's easier when the practice uses different terminology, causing you to attempt to memorize it better.

I would see this as the bare minimum of functionality for me to say it helps more than it hurts. I would suggest adding a anatomy man that others can use to help quiz you on anatomy, for starters. And also more questions that require visual or auditory content, to help those of us that learn different ways.

I really enjoyed the first 10 mins of this app until I realized the questions repeat themselves all too often. Then I made the mistake of looking into the upgrades. How are you going to charge $7.50 for additional test questions when you give less than 50 originally? Are there only 50 questions on the test? I give 2 stars based off of NASM's greed! $1 for this type of upgrade is appropriate.; NOT $7.50 for each one!

During the OPT Challenge game (the Jeopardy style one), the app force closes every time you answer the question on hypertrophy correctly. I've reported the error several times, but it still has not been updated to fix this.

I think its really expensive for only 100 questions. Plus. Im trying to buy more questions and its not allowing me. Its fun but over priced
