Music City Transit Tracker for Android
Extremely clunky to use. Most things do not load correctly on Google Pixel 2 (os8.1.0)
Alright. Continue making bu fixes and improvements.
Really, really helpful!
It works well.
Interface is too clunky and there are no maps to display info for routes. This makes is super difficult when you have to switch back and forth between maps and the transit app. Could be greatly improved, much like this city's transit system.
This app is a complete waste of time and space. Better using Google maps for route schedules and times.

Transportation
Its neato
This is not what it is advertised to be. A real time tracker actually shows the map with a gps locator for the bus. A perfect example of what TN design is about. Geological center of state is the bfi landfill in Murfreesboro, TN
Whom ever designed this app needs to go back to the drawing board!!! So annoyed and disappointed.
Just downloaded it. Tried to use it offline... No go. Must use data. Bad thing.
This app does not work. Transit app is way better
Where's the real time bus tracking?
So far for my needs this is better than Google Maps (I already know what route I need 95% of the time). For new business riders it may not be as helpful
hinky and slow to respond to taps. overall, a waste of phone space. just use Google maps -- it'll get you there without the hassle. UPDATE: downloaded again when the MTA website stated that up-to-date route info would be available via the app regarding schedule changes for the snow. was able to find my bus stops on this version. however, the app said my bus was running. WRONG! even in beta, the app should actually have current info. FAIL.
Great first step in making public transit info easily accessible. It is a little hard to navigate and search exactly what you need, but once you get it, it is very complete. The ability to search for stops near you is definitely helpful. It can get a little confusing when planning a trip choosing between "Inbound" and "Outbound" if you are not familiar with those terms so there's a lot of room for improvement in making first time public transit users comfortable with the system. I like the ability to Plan trips based on the time you are leaving or want to get to your destination, would be nice to have a way of switching back and forth easily to see the return trip in one tap. Need a better way of identifying stops and making them a favorite, specially from the map. Love the real time schedule, can't wait to test it out. Would be nice to see the schedule per routes right in the app, so if I know my route,, seeing the schedule that it picks up at my stop would be good to keep a mental note of the times I can catch it without having to input a destination and go through the process of "Planning a trip". Overall I'm happy with and can't wait to see how it improves over time.
As a heads up to users, this app is in beta according to MTA's website, so don't expect perfection. However, I downloaded it and had no problems launching it and finding stops near me. I still have lots of tests to run, but the fact that MTA is working on getting us real time tracking info on the buses is fantastic.
Nothing else to say.

Disappointing app. Trip planner is beyond awkward to use. Searching for nearest bus stop is futile. Can't even find by name. I couldn't find real-time bus locations. I should give this only 1 star, but I like MTA.
