Worst app. ever, not include all cars models I hope can refund my money, just for everybody want buy this app. Please don't buy it.

waste of money - takes ten minutes to download the "update 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 every time you open the app / then it will ask for a username / password and registration key - none of which you have. easier to use the online version for free.

Seriously the worst app I've ever encountered $50 a month with unreliable service IP addresses down app always crashing no type of support hardly not even willing to refund back or even compensate for loss of use of the app resulting in loss of business and more stay away from this app whatever you do beware

This app only gives you clean resale value would be nice to have rough and average also it has lots of bugs sometimes it works for a month other times it constantly says downloading and then the app is down for days or even weeks the most recent issue when I click on it it immediately says it has stopped working it does give fairly accurate values

Only tells you clean retail market value. Separate subscription needed for trade in or any other pricing. Waste of time

If you are in the car biz or a lender it comes in handy. But useless for consumers unless they just want to know what the loan value of a car is.

The previous reviews are correct. You pay $2 for clean retail only. Basically what KBB and Manheim give you for free. And actually both of those guys give you a way more accurate number. Everything else of any value shows up as demo only. You can unlock that for $50 a month. And they give you no trial period on that. So that could be as junk as the original app, I haven't paid the $50 bucks to find out. You guys should charge $50 for this app or maybe just give it to your subscribers free. It's garbage as it stands and not worth anything.

I want a refund. I have yet to be able to even use the app. It was supposed to have sent me an email to register the device....it never sent me the email... So I was not able to use the app I paid for while shopping for a vehicle today. Do not buy this app.

Please avoid. First they charge a 2$ trial period entry then they expect $50/mo for continued services after the first ten searches. There is no disclaimer of the absorbent fees until after you download the app. Do Not waste the time or money. As you read the numerous poor reviews and lackluster responses from the app developers it will become quite clear how non consumer friendly this app is. Many of the app features can be completed and used for FREE on the main website. AVOID THIS APP

I have used this app for years and all of the sudden, when it "updated",,,, it quit working,,, the company has me using another app but every time I call I get NO help, they tell me to just wait .................. ?????????????? W.T.F.... !!!!!!!!

You have to pay for the app, then pay a monthly subscription. I wish I had read the reviews before buying the app.

Getting my refund. This app is not what I expected. I wish they had support for motorcycles as well.

It's a nice app. But the bad you have to pay a fee to open other features.

Really enjoy using this nada app. I like to search the last month's auctions looking for locally listed cars by crossing mileage and listing time-frame To bad we can't search auction sales further out.

Continuously display message to wait while it attempted to download 4 files. It only reached 2 of the 4 over a four-day period. I contacted support and they did absolutely nothing!

Paid for the app because I work at a used car lot and thought it would be great but No its not! I paid for the app just to get a message that says the app expires in 3 days. Why did I pay for an app that has only lasted 30 days? I didn't mind paying for the convenience BUT 30 days is all it last come on Refund!!!

I have paid for and downloaded this application twice. It is stuck downloading the first of 4 files for like 3 days now...what the heck? I want my money back!

The average person has no idea the value of this app & would never understand what it is intended for. As a dealer this is worth 3X the price.

Paid for this App and it never finished loading its files. After weeks it says "2 out of 4 files loaded". This appt and its developer should be banned from posting on Google Play. I would rate it "0" if I could.

I paid for the app and like others I get the free trial is up. So I did pay for the free trial. I really dislike companies that aren't upfront and honest.

Lagging on android s7 edge . Even tried different type of keyboard compared with same app on iphone !!!

IT WON'T DOWNLOAD 2 OF 4 FILES. RIP OFF !
