Today I updated the app, it's very bad. When the old app was on my phone, I could directly dial India number from my contacts. It would connect after I select 'Two Stage Dialing'. (The call quality was ok). But the new app, it dials to local number er and then asks me to enter India number. So cumbersome. Wish I had not updated the app.

Complains about invalid pin sometimes and sometimes doesn't, for the same pin. When it does accept the pin, it expects you to enter the destination number all over again. Other times it doesn't even ask for pin, dials the destination number straightaway. This thing is just a hit and a miss

Can't get anything worse than this. Dropped calls, calls not going through in the internet calling mode. There are cheaper options out there and one such awesome option is called "Google Voice". Somehow want to bring my balance to '0' and then Bye Bye Reliance.

I can't even login with my reliance account. The app complains "to check the data connection". Of course the WiFi is fully functional at that time. Quickly, uninstalled the app,

This update of the app is really bad. Cannot call directly from phone contact. No bluetooth support. I'd like to revert to previous version of the app (all blue). Btw, the aesthetics are really bad as well.

App crashed repeatedly after auto update. Updated once again to fix crashing problem. Now check call rates link leads to "oops, invalid session" problems. Someone needs to loose their job or at least deceplined over such sloppy updates you have been releasing. Unacceptable and unfortunate for a major brand like yours. By the way this is my first ever review of many apps I have been using for many years so that should show you the volume of frustration your PAYING (for your paycheck) customers feel. Ridiculous!

It's the worst international calling app I have ever installed. It created an account and paid the monthly fees but whenever I try to login, it says wrong id or password. I even tried to work with forgot password link, but it's not accepting my E-mail id. Don't bother to install this app. U will be wasting ur money.

App crashes after update. Hope enough testing was done before a release. Customer support called up and asked us to update. App works now. Thanks for the prompt support.

Many times call doesn't go through. App doesn't connect to blue tooth Reliance website is one horrible website. You click a button and there is only 50%chance it works. Navigation through website is hard, I want to opt out of this plan even that Iam not sure how to do it. DON'T WASTE TIME WITH THIS APP OR RELIANCE Global call

Pathetic app, even after selecting the contact, it only dials the toll no. Why is the contact select option is given here????

Unexpected call drop most of the time very bad quality of voice making a call is like a playing puzzle it wouldn't be connected at once.

I m unable to log in.Every time it says no data connection n try later even when the data connection is full.

Heats the phone quickly, promixity sensor doesn't work properly with this app and worst of all it doesn't connect direcrly with phone dialer as opposed to previous versions...worst app i ever installed and unfortunately i cant uninstall it as I have to use it

Worst app unable to make calls instead of having sufficient funds.

From last two days this app is not working at all... In other times it's voice quality is pathetic...

After upgrade this app has not worked correctly. It crashes and voice quality is poor. It also directed my calls through my local service provider without any warning thus resulting in a huge bill for me. When I contacted customer service they dismissed it saying app is working correctly now. Customer service stinks. Reliance is too busy raking in money from jio hence they dont really cae about this any more

4/22 after new update today. The app will crash right upon opening. Everytime. Cant use the app on my Galaxy Note 4 any more. RGC please fix the issue right away or u will lose our business....

Just when you thought that the app could not get any worse, it did. The latest update renders it completely useless. The app wont even start. Does the app go through any quality checks at all? The only reason why some of us are putting up with this app is because of the low cost of long distance calling from Reliance.

4/21- The newest version doesnt even start on my androod ... seems like they keep getting worse with every version Previous - Used to be an awesome app and my entire family used this regularly. Now since it can't auto launch, I will be exploring other options

Keeps crashing like an app that's being tested. Why do they even release the app on the store when they know it's not upto the mark.The user interface is the worst I have seen in recent times.

It has become.a.nightmare now complained so many times online have spoken to the custimer service agent few times but nothing sorted I am not able to log in from last few weeks but no action taken despite so many complains raised to.customer service agent please refund my.money

This app is broken. Does not work on Android 7.1 update. Customer service sucks. Wish they deliver what they say. Most of the time it's lip service with no fixes. Sucks!

Worst app. Crashes upon when tried to open !!! Tried calling any international number directly from contact list. But no use.

Terrible app! App dialpad/keypad does not work well. Dialing an extension number is a pain!!
