MilkyTracker for Android
I like modules and this tracker is no exception. I compose modules, but not with milky because it's confusing. It can also read s3m files even with the error, try it out. I will give you 4 star if you add in this info about s3m
The thing that made trackers great was the ability to control them entirely using a keyboard. As tablets and phones don't have keyboards it doesn't make sense buying a keyboard for them, you may as well just be on a PC. Milky tracker was an average tracker back in the day, it's interface was akward even back then but then I was an impulse tracker fan, 100% keyboard shortcutes.
It's OK. I'd never make mucic on a phone, so i don't really have a problem with the frustrating touch controls. I mainly use this to listen to my xms, because vlc makes it sound weird (is that just me? ;P). For listening only it gets the job done, but drains to much battery and still kinda makes it a pain to choose xms. But the app itself works great and is definitely better than nothing.
It works pretty well on a usual smartphone with a 5-inch screen. Kind of slow but that's ok.
I love this app so much because it is so convenient. Instead of having to open my computer, I could just make chip tunes from here.
It's the best tracker in my opinion but you need a bigger screen than 7' to comfortably make music. :)
This remembers me old time

This is pretty much a straight port of the desktop version, so its really only usable if you have some kind of (typing) keyboard attached. This makes it pretty much unusable on modern mobiles. Might as well use another tracker in an emulator, because many emulators have better touchscreen support than this.
It's (of course) a ported version of Milky tracker for android so it's not gonna look much different than the real deal so expect to not really be able to use it without an external display setup. I use this mainly to play modules I have saved on my phone, so all in all, thanks to the dev for this neat little project!!

While I appreciate the built in keyboard, there are several bugs that break the experience. First, the built in waveform generator does work work, as you can not navigate the menu. Secondly, instability with the opperating system is reported on the newest version of android. Thirdly, the interface does not scale to the screen correctly, leaving the edges off. On a side note, the organization of features is very different than the original. Buy a keyboard, and build milkytracker from the source code.

Hey, would be 5stars if you guys could port ModPlug Tracker!! Milky is OK but just doesn't have that real tracker feel :)
at first it was to small. then you found out you change the touch settings. then note you can even use it on a 4" screen.
Totally unoptimised for mobile,
It's a straight port of the PC version with no changes.

I was a long time user of milky tracker it's as good an stable on my low end tablet as it is on the pc version It's true it was quite awkward at first but with a USB mini keyboard touch pad device it make it quite usable
Works well for playing songs, but actually making songs on a phone is painful. Might be good if you have a great idea and you're stuck in the airport with only your phone, or you use it on a large tablet.

1 Porting milkytracker to a mobile devices just wonderful, however, the graphical user interface has to change in order to suit a smaller screen. Perhaps the sizes of the buttons can be made bigger, and instead of simulating a computer screen on a phone, embrace the phone's capabilities. Start with the most necessary aspects of milkytracker: display and the musical inputs of notes, volumes and effect commands. The digital keyboard should be made bigger along side with larger abcdeflrud buttons.

The real deal!
Absolutely awful
The tracker on its own plays well on mobile phones as well as platforms like Windows. They act all similarly, though I seem to have a problem with the mobile version. Using the Windows version prior, I find the mobile version incredibly cramped (the high res version seems to fix this problem) and in need of an update for the platform. I'm not saying they need to go to Material Design or anything (though that would be really nice), they just need to polish the current program and find out what's wrong with

UPDATE: This program has not been updated sine 2012. I've seen posters here who object to bad reviews. Well then, why don't the Control keys on the physical keyboard do what the 2 different manuals say they should? And how, for example, do I stop the pattern display from scrolling while I'm playing a pattern? Also,, the "High res version for tablets" just gives me a black screen on my MobilTab Sleek 10. Still, I'm very glad someone did a tracker for Android, and I hope the developer continues to improve this app.
Not as good as the desktop, but certainly functional. My only problem is that my phone heats up immensely when running it.
Even the person in the demo video is struggling to use it lol

By Christ this takes me back 20+ years. Octamed on the Amiga was my tracker of choice and this does everything it could and more. I could go on but suffice to say this is excellent. Thank you Dev, you've made me smile: )
pure gold in years of digital idiocracy.
Play it, make stuff
Friendly after the physical keys are set; the configuration also appears in other cross-platformers they have distributed, there's not many issues that aren't avoidable.
Good port
Good port in the sense that everything seems to work, but the interface is barely usable.
My fav tracker since ft2 :3 tho it tends to freeze randomly on wildfire. Hope u can fix :)

Got some little troubles with .mod, the screen flashes sometimes and it's nearly impossible to edit the pan or volume in instrument editor without a mouse. But besides these little flaws, so great to have a decent tracker on a portable device like this !!! :D Hope it will have some updates that will arranges these ! 2017 UPDATE : TABLET HIGHRES LINK DONT WORK ANYMORE. :(
