An example of where direct simulation is not the visual solution. This doesn't look at all "right" at Evo's 312ppi density. For example, what you see above this review in the app store splash page looks right, with a slight blur and chunkier static mimicking the ~240 scanlines of analog tv -- whereas what you see on your high density phone screen is by far too small and dense. Also, hangs on my Evo 4G LTE about 3/4 times when exiting wallpaper settings screen.

This does not animate on nexus. Doesn't say anything about how to remove.

Works great on my Motorola XT925 HD.

Its just a still image when its set as a background. Worked alright when doing the setting. Uninstalling.

Good quality sounds that actually qualify as white noise...unlike some apps.

This lwp does exactly what it says! It runs great on my HTC Holiday and has no noticeable effect on performance. If this app had a few options about colors, particle size, particle blending modes, and such it would get a 5th star for sure! The ability to put your own picture behind the static is what makes this app stand out.
