Metro on the Go - Saint Louis

I don't understand why the app tells me to walk 1.6 miles to a different stop, because the bus I need doesn't come to my location. But then I call the transit specialist and lo and behold, I can board the 48 bus and catch a transfer at the Catalan Loop TC. That would have been nice to know before I wasted hours trying to plan a trip that didn't make any sense. It's not just the app, but the website is inaccurate too. Please don't offer a service if it isn't reliable.

The app is great, but I can only type 2 letters at a time. I tried on both my phones and it's the same problem.

Its a very great app but it keeps telling me its having technical difficulties the past few days and I really need this app to get to work! Please tell me what's going on

Save your favorite stops, since the next-departure feature is otherwise not that intuitive to navigate (you pretty much have to get the stop # from the "schedule" feature or else type the intersection exactly right)

Does not give enough info on destination... Schnucks Creve Coeur there two and it doesn't tell you which is which

The app hasn't work in several days. It's a good app but difficulties are happening. I rely on this app for all of my travels.

Wouldn't even recognize my address as a starting point.. Very disappointed!

This app looks great. Yet, even after reading the help website, I can't seem to find a way to save locations as favorites.

I use it occasionally. Very helpful, but it would be better if it stored it for offline use, too.

My people oh my people! If you want accurate departure times you must CHANGE YOUR DEPARTURE TIME. I hope that helps. If you don't change your departure time the app tends to give you old trips.

Great App.

This trip planner is great if you want to know how to go some place if you left 5-30 minutes ago. If I put depart now from current location it gives me routes leaving 30 min ago. Kinda pointless

Everytime I use trip planner, it gives me routes that would make me late. If I need to be somewhere at 7:30, don't give me routes that make me arrive at 7:51. Same goes for the Metro Website. Google Maps works so much better.

Mostly non-functional. Rarely generates any route or response after entering from and to addresses. If it does, changing time of departure or arrival doesn't work. What could be wrong with the triggers?

This app needs to go back to the creator. Can not change the time an date in the schedule and the real time is not real time.

This app deserves a 10 but rating only goes as high as 5. So very easy to use and VERY accurate. Perfect for anyone who doesn't know the bus system already, and for people that do, the times for buses are accurate even if bus is a few minutes early or late.

Its works for me. Just not yall dummies

Very clumsy interface. It is hard to find the information you are looking for. Many times the data is out of date, the refresh button does not work, or the data does not load. It is better then nothing, however, a copy of the PDF version of the schedule would probably be easier to carry around. Google maps is also an option and does a pretty good job with the schedule.

Unless you know every street name in the city you won't get much out this app. The trip planner is garbage and you can't change the settings to allow more walking or tweak routes. The real time tracker only shows you stops that are super close to you or at some location you have to give by name (rather than click on a map). If you do figure out what bus you want you have to then guess what the name of the stop you want is (again rather than click on a map). Nobody memorizes the names of these things.

The drivers are always slamming on the brakes, and start driving when you're at the kiosk. I've almost fallen out of my seat on too many occasions. When walking back to a seat, I often get stuck standing up front, because they accelerate so fast, you can't move without falling. It once took me two stops to get back to a seat, because of "accelerate-slam brakes-accelerate". My bags often fly off the seat onto the floor. Sometimes I get stuck AT my seat until the next stop, unable to even sit down.

The Times on it are down to the wire with accuracy no need for paper schedules and what not when I'm on the go I'm on the go with metro. On the downside sometimes the bus Times are not available like the app is malfunctioning otherwise the app is useful

Just use Google Maps best option or train option and it will give you the info on the Metro better than this app will

Technically flaky. The good reviews are probably by people who were lucky enough to have this work (at first). Constantly getting "technical difficulties" message. Real problems with looking up Metrolink times. Also, when Metro web site shows an alert (e.g., single tracking between stations) the same alert may not show up on the app.

Your probably better off using smoke signals to find out where you are and where your going since the theme of this app is "having technical difficulties"
