Before I need my apps to work correctly

Can't see all the functions that are on their website or what bills are coming up in bill payer. Basic sight and functions. ok for when out.

This app needs an update in the worst way. It crashes when u open it the 1st time. Open it again and there are annoying memos on the front page. No I don't want to see more about car financing and for the love of God can we get rid of the 'new' SL location notice!! We get it already!!! The login should be back on the front screen, I hate having to slide a pg to the left to login. Isn't that the MAIN PURPOSE of the app? It lags when it opens my accounts. I log out and STILL get pop msgs to log out in 30 secs

Why on earth is it that when you "log in" can you not simply view account balances?? Why even have the app if it merely shows offers like a Web page??

I've used this app hundreds of times and itshas never failed. Its quick and to the point. You can view your account very simply (checking and savings) and perform other minor banking task. Good app MemeberSource (memeber since '78).

App was fine up until this new year. I cannot log in on my phone even with Wi-Fi, like it suggested. Then I changed my password thinking I had written wrong or forgotten it. NEED TO FIX OR DON'T HAVE ONE AT ALL!

I can't login to my account at all... Like wtf?!

I would prefer go back, now for some reason I'm not able to log in, it keeps telling me BAd Password or Bad username, but I did log in on my home computer using same info.. I'm frustrated

This app for Android is not functioning. My credentials continue to be denied but I have verified them on the mscu website and on the iphone app without error..

-Since new update- I keep getting error message "Bad username or password" I am able to log in on the website with same info. PLEASE FIX

All I could think when trying out the app was "why does this even exist?" The app does not follow Android standards, it's just an iOS port, it uses way more data than it needs to, everything is a WebView, and there are broken features. One would be better off setting a bookmark to the website and just using that so one can get more features. I don't see why they didn't just create a mobile site instead of putting it into an app and wasting resources on the phone. There's a feature in the app that is supposed to use the current location, but the app doesn't even ask for location-based permissions! There's no way that will ever work. It's also pretty ugly. I could have done a better job, and I've only been developing Android apps for less than 6 months. The main features function properly, though, so it's not completely useless. I just believe that a mobile version of the website would have served the Credit Union better.
