The only trouble I have is when there is an update, mine won't do it. Have to reinstall app each time.

I use it every day. Does what I want. Fingers print works every time.

Good app, now. Only minor problem is that it's a little too quick to snap a photo of the check. (previous-Working fine until update, now it crashes every time I submit the check images for a deposit. Apparently the deposit goes through because it hits my account, but the app closes.)

I have downloaded this app on three different phones. With two different phone numbers. The app does not work. I cant enroll. I really would like to use this app so i can do more convenient banking. Especially around the holidays. I dont understand why i download the app and right away there is an error when i try to enroll. This app is crapt for me.

It's been around 6 months now when I sign in using fingerprint half the time it does not work. This would be a great app but you guys still have not fixed this. Starting to get upset now. Please fix.

You guys need a serious update for Android. Until a few weeks ago, everything was fine. Now you have blanks screens (no options in the field), account 'lockouts' (when the correct information is put in) & all the other troubles people are having here. The check via camera deposits are magnificent when it works. No need to tell me to call the hotline (which is useless on weekends when somebody actually needs it)- my stepdad works for you. Just a healthy heads up from us newer Samsung note people. EDIT 2.7.17 Still having random problems with the camera deposits. Overall, the other issues have been seemly settled. Good job

Seems to work ok. Nothing fancy about it but it serves its purpose.

Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 time entering the correct password before it loads your account, but once you're in, you can do anything you need to.

If you don't mind having type your password in every time you will love it. I don't understand why the app has the option to save a fingerprint but errors out every time you attempt to register one. It worked for a week but then an update was sent out and ever since then nothing. Figure out this problem and I will gladly give the app and higher rating as long as the functionality doesn't keep disappearing.

The app used to let me login using my fingerprint id...today I went to check my balances and it wouldn't let me log in. I signed in with my credentials to set up and it said there was an error.

Love the app and love fingerprint login even more! I was sad when the FP login stopped working however after I uninstalled and then reinstalled, it works great again.

Not able to type password in. Won't bring up the keyboard and keeps saying the app has stopped. Please fix it.

Then one of the updates screwed it up. Now it won't recognize my correct password and locks me out every time. Then I "reset" the password to what it already is and can get in. Next time I try to use the app it's the same routine again.

I'm not lying. Its the worst application ever.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times because of the so-called app update that never seems to launch when I press the button. It won't allow me to access my account until I update but yet I can't update because it won't launch. With the exception of that the app is pretty good. Although if I don't log out it just gives me a white screen next time I try to login. Minor irritations, but it gets really annoying after a while.

Working better than it was. Deposits actually work now. Fingerprint ID on the S7 is broken, works maybe one out of five times. I updated the app last night with the version that supposedly fixes the fingerprint bugs, they are worse than before. Also, the little eyeball icon for seeing if your password is correct before submitting needs to be put back in. I'm sorry, but that is an important feature when using a small virtual keyboard and you idiots took it out. Why oh why do you insist on breaking the most functional features?

Fingerprint tells me I need at least one registered. I have 2 and use them for Web sign in as well as unlocking my phone...so why can't I use it here?

I'm able to login but all I get is a white screen. I have to login at least 3 times before it works for me. It's becoming extremely annoying!

This app needs to be fixed, it keeps crashing on me every time I log in

I don't use this app very much, but when i do it doesn't load anything. I put my password in and 9 times out of 10 it never loads. There's a pop up each time telling me to report it if it persists or some bs like that. Well, I'm not doin it. It takes the same amount of time to log into the app as to open up a browser and log in.

This app was awesome 2 years ago. What happened? Now I use my browser instead because in the off chance my info loads on the app, the browser is still quicker to use. Wish I could rate it zero stars.
