THAI Mobile

Does not offer any features that requires an app. It's basically just links to the Thai website where very few pages are optimised for mobile. Checkin fails to work. Also unable to locate Royal Orchid Club login anywhere (my main reason for downloading). This app seriously needs a full rewrite!

1st time download thiss app i'm so excited. Unfortunately its useless app. Cant do anything. Cant register nor check in. Seems not only me feel the same things. Help Thai airways admin. Do something

Useless app from lazy developer that basically create a frame and load the contents from website. Might as well just save a bookmark in your browser than having another app that can potentially drain some of your phone memory. While apps from other airlines already have functions to allow customers to check schedule for whole week with simple tabs, this app gives me no option but to constantly go back to the search page and reselect both dates again.

Got to be one of the worst Airline apps I have ever used. Crashes and nothing seems to work or load. Expect better this day and age, no excuse for such a poor app and I will take this into consideration when I book my next flight to Thailand.

App should serve some purpose. Doesnt. Just almost a link to the website. When it loads. Unbelievable to think a huge company like Thai Airways would accept such a poor app from a developer

To app. Administrator, try to use your app. was created.!! Just simply check in. Even getting to first page. It couldn't made it. Very shameful.Not worthy of being a national airline, it fails all the way.

Still not working A complete waste of time. I have tried many times to Manage my booking in the app but every time it just hangs after I put in the Reservation number and Surname. Manage my booking works fine with the same data on the web but hangs in the app. I love travelling with Thai Airways but in my experience most of their IT systems are pathetic

Manage my bookings just sits there and spins its wheels forever so what use is it. What I can't understand is how it gets all these 5 star reviews. Maybe people have very low expectations

Congratulations to Thai. They have again managed to produce a complete disaster. It seems that everything electronic they touch, end up utterly useless. Even a simple task as registering your booking fails.

The functionality to check and amend booking details on this app hasnt worked since April. Once the details are entered it looks as though it's perpetually stuck loading. It's actually an ok app when all the features work.

Unnecessary app. It just opens up the mobile website in a browser. No need to install this at all as you can get the mobile site in your browser without it. Why even create this? Very disappointing and unnecessary.

Not sure which far away server database it's connected to. Took more than 10mins and is not able to pull out my booking.

It's not even an app. It simply links to their website. It can't even retrieve my booking, the page simply doesn't load. Waste of space.

Can't book. Forwards to website. Not in app. When selecting flights get a 404. Pitiful for a main carrier.

The app looks okay but is woefully inadequate (most of the time it's just the front page to the website). But more fatally than that, the app could not do the one thing I installed it for: manage my booking. I tried several times over 3 weeks to search my booking only for it to fail every time. Severe redevelopment needs to happen for this app to be useful.

I can't get it to check my booking at all just sits there and waits.

Crap! Cannot make bookings. Just good for check in and seat selection.

It takes ages to load from first page to second page. And takes another ages to go further plus errors. Never success booking or doing anything in this app!!!!

Only shortcut to mobile website, several menus are not up to date. Use web browser is better.

It is just a shortcut and brings you to the mail website. Doesnt personalized, no login no profile to retrieve.

Updated to latest version, but still terrible. App is just a link to the website. No in-app Royal Orchid Plus functionality. Links in app points no non-existing targets.

Doesn't display correctly, so can't progress booking. Now have British Airways App and works fine, will be booking through them.

I had to wait forever to manage my flight and at the end give up. I think it may be faster with the website.

I was trying to find the My ROP app but I was redirected to here. Now, I am not able to find the My ROP option here. The UI and UX is pathetic.

It gives only what appears to be economy class. Are other class travellers forgotten?

I downloaded this app to see the Royal Orchid Plus redeeming program but when I clicked it it said the page does not exist! Then it redirected to its website which I could have browsed myself without using the app. What a waste.

This app will not work. Every time I try to manage my booking it won't do anything.

It does nothing except point you to the webpage. And even then it screws that up. Android version never even loads properly. App updates are rare.

Its very useful but the letters was very small i think u can make it to normal letter that no need to zoom to see it

May be the poorest app I've ever experienced. Totally illegible, and I have a BIG phone! The app just takes you to the website, and the website isn't compatible with the screens of mobile phones. Totally useless app.

Quite poor. Its not even really an app, more of a shortcut to the website which is not optimized for mobile, or at least not for my samsung. Screen gets cluttered with some annoting message when trying to book your return date. At the moment the manage booking feature isnt working, screen just sits there loading interminably after entering your booking details. Pretty disappointed with the app overall. Budget app for a non budget airline, not a reflection of their usual excellent service.

Why bother to use app when most of the options are link to web page... But the interface looks better than previous version. Waiting for the next version where features will work properly

What's the point if you can't save your itinerary or boarding passes?

Able to pre-checkin through the App and grab your favourite seat. Although not relevant to the App itself, the best flight I ever experienced, on time, courteous staff and great food for airline food. Thai Airlines certainly raises the bar for the others.....
